I saw it too.I could have sworn I saw the thread title say "Verdict Watch" earlier in the week or last week. Am I remembering wrong or was it an error? What is the status of the trial currently?
TIA!
Are they all scientologists? It makes me feel differently toward a character in a show, too.Yeah I didnt like The Ranch, but loved Malcolm in the Middle. His half sister played Tara in The Walking dead. When I found out she was a Scientologist I liked her less.
AH HA! OK, thanks for clarifying. I'm not going nuts then, well, maybe not about this anyway...I took it down because they were still doing closing arguments. People get upset when I put verdict watch during closings.
Yes, they are and so do I. So is Lizzy Moss from The Handmaid's Tale. Kind of ironic...Are they all scientologists? It makes me feel differently toward a character in a show, too.
That family is frightening...how dysfunctional can they get??!! All brainwashed..MOOYeah I didnt like The Ranch, but loved Malcolm in the Middle. His half sister played Tara in The Walking dead. When I found out she was a Scientologist I liked her less.
Oh well thanks Scientology! So all those that say differently are going rogue? LOLJurors on Friday are expected to re-watch a video that was played during the trial and review a transcript of the interview — their first two requests since they began deliberations.
The Church of Scientology issued a statement late Wednesday criticizing the prosecution’s characterizations of the church’s actions.
“The church has no policy prohibiting or discouraging members from reporting criminal conduct of anyone, Scientologists or not, to law enforcement,” according to the statement. “Quite the opposite, church policy explicitly demands Scientologists abide by all laws of the land. All allegations to the contrary are totally false.”

Yeah, sure they do! That's heartbreaking.Leah Remini has her own substack!
I saw the mother of a Jane Doe wrote a letter to David Miscavage, complaining about how her daughter’s rape was handled within the cult. The letter is important documentation that would help her daughter’s case. But mom is not cooperating with the prosecution and so the letter can’t be entered into evidence.
“Fearing exile from Scientology, Jane Doe #1's mom has declined to be cooperative in the rape trial of her daughter. Instead of protecting her daughter, she is siding with the totalitarian cult she’s a member of. As a result, Jane Doe #1’s mom is obstructing justice”
This cult really does destroy families.
