What in the world will Jodi's mother say if this gets to the mitigation stage? The things she mentioned in the letter to the judge in 2011--singing, drawing (copying), writing poems--aren't important enough to save her life. She can't say that Jodi was a good daughter or sister because the jury knows that's a lie. She hit and kicked her mother and hit her brother with a baseball bat. She has screamed at her mother many times. I can't name one person whose life she has made better. If she is in general population, she will continue to assassinate Travis's character. How many times and in how many ways is Jodi going to be able to kill Travis Alexander?

Yeah and the recent incident of her kicking her was when she decided to move back to ca ,her mom spent 2,500 she flew down to Mesa to rent her uhaul and of course Jodie wouldn't leave with her. . We know she DIDNT leave for four days. She granted her an overnight stay because she told him she was sleeping in her fan and of course she DIDNT want to leave.

I don't understand all the complaints about Jodi having been interviewed - i think it is great! Let the B#$% keep talking as much as long as she wants until sentencing. Let her trash TA some more! Let her get up and give a statement, in front of our wonderful - no - juanderful - jury and trash TA with the family sitting right there. I am sure they will agree with me on this - every time she opens her mouth, she digs that grave just a little bit deeper. Every word she says that offends me, that offends you or that offends TA's family, OFFENDS THE JURY. And they are allowed to hear all of it, if Martinez so desires... let her talk! If you don't want to hear what she has to say, don't LISTEN. I haven't. But I am so, so glad she's digging her grave with every word she says.

Juan Martinez was great, I think we all agree. But let me tell you what else I think - Juan had A TON of help in convicting JA - the help he had - 18 DAYS OF HER LYING BS ON THE WITNESS STAND. Let her TALK!

The parts where she trashes Travis could be shown in court and court ONLY.. There is ZERO excuse for publicizing her filthy lies. Troy boy could have refused to release the portions that were one more knife in the heart of the Alexanders - and the TIMMING!!!!
The one day that should have belonged to the Alexanders alone. Let her hang herself - I agree with. But there is no reason to air the slander nation wide except for a famewhore to get glory. He could have easily turned over the important parts to Juan and no one would have know any different until Juan used them to crucify Arias in a COURT ROOM SETTING

If he had used them to aid Juan, he would have been remembered as a hero. Far from what many think of him presently.

If you hit the back button to go to the previous page, and then click the link for the page you want reloaded, you will definitely see an updated version of the page. Doing it this way will not force a refresh of all the graphics, which bogs down the site. I do not get it! This woman apparently was perfectly free to arrange her own interview??!! I didn't realize, until I listened to this recording, that she...herself...Set this up! What a joke our correctional system is! Perhaps, someone in jail, pending a trial and still not found officially guilty/not guilty, should maybe have some rights, but that witch walked right out of the guilty verdict....A convicted murderess...and walked down the hallway, to give a prime-time, nationally broadcasted interview...Arranged by herself, for herself....I wonder if the bailiffs laid a red carpet down for her to walk on too. :stormingmad: Don't these monsters have any rules? maybe it's because her defense team was going to try and save her life and now she is saying she WANTS to die...?..also the Alexander family wasn't even allowed to catch their collective breath because 20 min after she got convicted she began talking to the tv station guy.

I can feel it in my bones, Gus Searcy is invovled in this disaster that resulted in Travis being murdered in some way or another. My gut says that little man was helpful in planning a scam with a phone capable of recording phone conversations. I have nothing to base that on other than he is the source of the phone involved and his great sympathy for the murderer. JMO - he is up to his eyeballs in that phone tape.

I'm still not convinced that the sex recording wasn't phonied up by Searcy, given one of his previous business ventures is in voice recognition software. I'm not saying it happened, just that I'm curious IF it did, and IF it's even possible. I can imagine them taking an actual phone call from her call history records, then making a recording that matched the time allotted and conformed to her defense and other evidence. He would need voice samples of both of them, which are readily available, and proper time stamping. I'm not wedded to this idea, just would like to explore if it's possible. Do I need to wear a tin foil hat today? :blushing:

I agre with you except regarding RS and ALV. I do not believe they were JA's victims. They were willing participants.

I disliked both Dr. Samuels and Alyce LaViolette and have said as much many times. At their respective ages, both were set to retire and accepted this gig to make some money and get some time in the national/international spotlight of the very high profile case of Jodi Arias. That said, their reputations have been forever tarnished because of their insistence on believing - or pretending to believe - their conniving, cunning, lying, manipulative client.

Dr. Samuels website was taken down shortly after he testified, and it's doubtful that he will ever be asked to testify as an expert witness in the future. Reviews of LaViolette's newly-published/revised book have been scathing, her once highly regarded reputation is likely gone for good, and she will probably not be invited to speak on behalf of victims of domestic violence. Perhaps these two expert witnesses sought to win a big payday by testifying for Jodi Arias, but they lost their good names and stellar reputations. In that regard, they are victims of the convicted murderess. :moo:

I'd expect something similar to her interview with Det Flores. Saying they knew JA always had problems, friends had even called her in the middle of night to say she needs help and that JA's mom was trying to get JA back in Yreka in order to get some help for her. In other words, in part taking the blame for some of JA's mental problems. The astute jury will however remember how old the defendant is and won't see it as an excuse for her behaviour, because it's not.

I don't get that either. She's a convicted murderer. As soon as proceedings were done, she should have been shackled and returned to her holding cell. I guess they do things differently there.

It's called pandering. And irresponsible. It's not 'journalism'. The reporter is regarded as ethical and a person of integrity by his peers. IMO, he is neither. Society seems to have such low standards nowadays.

IIRC, JA spent TWO DAYS with Gus in his trailer!! This is what shocked me. He did state that he could hear Travis yelling at her before she took her phone outside, but he couldn't hear what TA said.

First of all what was she doing spending TWO days in that trailer??? I can't remember when it happened or whether she and Travis were together, but I do remember Gus said she called him . said she was upset, and he invited her to get away for a while and come stay with him.

If Travis did indeed call her, he was either angry because she was staying overnight with Gus; or he was angry because he had discovered something bad she had done - hacking bank accts. or email accts. Searcy said she was shaking like a chihuahua. She knew she did something bad...or she would never have left Mesa to go to Vegas! Could also be that she was selling her 'talents' to Gus! JMO
