Several LE talked to him, checked out his alibi and confirmed it, and said that he was cleared, yet you don't believe them? May I ask why not?
It's pretty standard for them to not clear family members, actually, so I don't make too much of that. Ron and Misty are the only ones who said they passed the polygraphs.... LE said they were satisfied with the results... which could mean anything. They could be satisfied that they got the answers they needed, they could be satisfied that someone was not being truthful. Or they could be satisfied that they were telling the truth. We don't know and LE does not have to tell us, until the case breaks and they are ready to charge someone.
The way I take this is: LE may not publicly announce that anyone is cleared, but that doesn't mean no one is cleared. Unofficially, they may not be looking in one direction right now, but that could change, if new information comes in. It would make them look incompetent to publicly say that so-and-so is cleared and not a suspect... and then later on, have to retract that if something turns up to indicate that person might be involved.
I hope this doesn't sound too confusing, but I'm tired and my brain is trying to shut down.

Hi there, I am in no way saying that I don't believe anyone. What I am saying is that I have been pouring through details in this case for what feels like months but in reality has only been a couple of weeks....lol. While I am still reading over a lot, at this point I am not satisfied that this AC guy was 100% cleared. What I have read is disheartening because we have a little girl that was surrounded by people of questionable character, and I don't mean her mom and dad or Misty. While they may have made poor choices in the past few years, in the past few months before Haleigh went missing it seems in my opinion that Ronald and Crystal both were doing better for themselves. Or trying to. In looking at the AC repairman I am only trying to get additional info so that I might make a more informed opinion of him. Thats all.

I have been able to determine that Ronald was renting a home from a man that rents many of his residences to registered sex offenders. I can't help but wonder if he gives work to offenders as well, Since Ronald was renting the home the landlord would have been responsible for the care and upkeep to the trailer. I wonder also if the owner of the property was the person who sent the AC man out there that day. I am not accusing anyone....I am just sleuthing(is that a word?...lol). I decided a few weeks ago that I wanted to go over everything we already knew and the AC repairman is where I am now. Next week I might be somewhere else...lol...But one thing I know for sure....I won't give up on Haleigh.

I think your question as to the owner of the MH hiring repairmen is a good one. Maybe he is a perp and lives in a halfway house where his comings and goings are monitored?
Maybe he is the Sheriff's brother, or a well known's relative?
Maybe, maybe, maybe.....
I just don't know how someone could have such a good alibi for such a long period of time.
I hope LE hasn't simply overlooked him b/c others appear more guilty. That's my concern.

Why was the brother there at the same time, and left at the same time. Does the brother know him? Did Misty need protection, or was Tommy asked by Ron to be there while the a/c guy was there to keep an eye on him?

my bold, this is indeed my concern as well. But not only with the AC man, with everyone involved. My dread is that because of all the drama and emotions so early on in this case, LE may have overlooked/or under-looked someone.

One thing that has me bugging right now...Ronald's trailer was held for quite some time. To a lot of us there was brief speculation as to why once the home was released Ronald decided NOT to continue to make a home there. I was very intrigued by this point. After hours of reading something that initially slipped my mind is now calling to me. See I thought that it was odd for him to want to depart from the last place Haleigh was. No matter whatever happened there, I would try to stay. I thought perhaps that it was a money issue being that Ronald didn't go back to work but after the past week I have discovered another more understandable reason for not wanting to be there. The fact that the owner of the trailer rents to registered sex offenders would scare me. What if an offender lived in that home before Ronald and that is why he was persistent in stating that he changed the locks?? Why would a man that just moved in...just started a new job...invest the money to change the locks on this home? He was very persistent about that.

Also, I have to go back and find it but in an interview I watched(gosh there has been so many) at the very end of the interview the person asks Ronald if the police have told him of any suspects...or if he had any suspects and Ronald responds, the police have their suspects but you need to talk to them about that....I think Ronald knew of a few suspects. I will go back and look for the link. Mods please give me a minute to find it, I know you need a link....lol

In reference to myself I don't believe that statement is true, just wishful thinking on his part thinking he had duped LE into believing she had been abducted..IMHO he knows no one stole his child..JMO

I thought the aunt who accompanied GGMS to the MH was or had been married to Unka Donald.. One thing for certain if The AC man was/is in anyway related to any of them I'm not believing anything he says...JMO

In either the LVA test or the hypnosis videos released to the public of Misty she describes the activities of Feb. 9. She states the a/c man USED TO BE MARRIED TO A COUSIN OF RON but does not give a name. I have no idea if the a/c man is/was related to the aunt that Misty said visited that evening since we do not know who he is.

Could it be that he is a very important witness for LE as to the time he was there, who was there when he arrived and left, and most importantly, did he see Haleigh during his visit. I don't think he has anything to do with Haleigh's disappearance, but I think he might hold some important information.

At 10:10 in this video the hypnosis man asks Misty the name of the a/c co., she says she thinks it is Arctic Air, not sure, ask Ron, one of his cousins ex-husband works/worked for the company.

You were right! This case is going on too long-my memory is failing me! ARRRRRGGGGHHHH!!!!

I believe it was in one of Misty's taped tests, i believe it was the LVA. I don't think there were any names given. Just that Misty remembered the name of the company b/c it was the same company that one of Ron's relatives work for.

when reading your post, it dawned on me, that maybe LE does have important info from the repair man, and Maybe Ron doesn't know him other than on a first name basis. If LE doesn't release information on the A/C guy, then Ron can't threaten him. This is solely my opinion based on the headless rat incident.

For this to happen, Ron wouldn't have been present at the MH at the time that the A/C guy arrived, maybe just knows him on a first name basis, from talking to him on the phone.

I could be way off on this too, but it was something that popped in my head when reading your post

According to Misty, the A/C guy arrived, she called Ron to let him talk to the A/C guy. That is easily verified with phone records (at least that a call was placed) and confirmation from the A/C guy that he did indeed talk to Ron on the phone. But further, it demonstrates that Misty's phone was in working condition before 6, and that she did not have Ron's phone then, nor did Ron have her phone at that time, which was speculated, also.

If the A/C repairman had anything to do with Haleigh's disappearance, we would have been hearing a lot more about him long before now. I recall hearing early on that he was cleared, but I can't recall where or when I heard that.
I doubt that he was ever a suspect, and I am going to trust that LE has verified that he has a solid alibi, way back in the beginning.
Also, IF Ron suspected that this guy was in any way involved, he would have been throwing that out there... believe me. He would be more than happy to throw suspicion in any other direction. JMO.

IIRC, TXLady2, the A/C guy was the first to be cleared. I'm sure he was and doubt he had anything to do with this, but it still would be nice to hear more of the details surrounding him and his visit that evening.

So far the only direction rc has gone is crystal and her family.
He did not throw JO under the bus when he had the opportunity. He distances himself completely from JO. LE has stated JO was at the MH.
