I think you're right about the car being the key to this. The perp ended up home that night at some point. He either parked the car within walking distance of his home or his car; and he knew about this apartment complex and the fact the gate was broken.

I wonder if LE has been able to spot him walking away on any cameras in the vicinity?
Good question.

We have to believe LE has lots to go on...we have to remember that processing the car takes time...reviewing cctv takes time...interviewing people takes time...we know...AB’s life is at the forefront here and LE can not afford to make a mistake. This will be a high profile arrest, charge, trial given the notoriety of WH. LE will want to get it right. We must be patient ... while discussing and sleuthing MOO

I’m from Montgomery. I know this area well. I mentioned days ago that I wasn’t aware of that apartment complex. It’s set back off Atlanta Hwy. Once you exit I-85 you turn right on Atlanta Hwy. You pass at least 3 other apartment complexes. I just sense the person who drove the car is from there.

Yes, it takes time. But as a loved one, esp a parent they need to be updated daily, even if there is nothing new that they can reveal. MOO

The friend who's twitter account that was mentioned in MSM tweeted the following on oct 25th

"She was going to meet a guy named Eric she met from a dating app"

I think she told this friend about meeting this guy going by the name eric before hand. bare in mind the friend that made that tweet is NOT the room mate that recived the snap chat messages. I think that she went to met him, he harmed her and he sent those snap chat messages to her room mate thinking her room mate knew she was going to meet a guy named eric, Hence replying with " im with eric" assuming the person would know who eric was. The roommate didn't but the twitter friend would have. Eric may have thought he was replying to the twitter friend or assumed she had told her friends, but it sounds like she didn't tell her roommate about eric.

I wonder what the evidence in the car is, i assume blood, i wonder how obvious and how much blood was there and whether it was clear from the moment they found the car. Im guessing even if it was clearly visible to the eye they may have wanted to run dna to confirm before notifying the public and family?

So sad I felt it was foul play, but my heart wanted her to be found safe.
Yeah, me too.

When law enforcement said that they were exploring the possibility of foul play, I felt like they were pretty much stating as a fact that this is what it was.

My guess is that they saw visible blood inside the car, and were waiting on DNA testing to confirm that it was Aniah’s.

ETA: @MadTing beat me to it.

It’s amazing how much we have come to love Aniah without even knowing her. We all need to watch out for others while in public. If you see a girl alone don’t leave until you know she’s safe. We have to ban together to stop this evil from continuing with these precious children.
