10:03 a.m. - The girl is recalling inappropriate sexual moments with family friends, Jennifer Moore and Dustin Kent, who is the victim's uncle. Also, the abuse also occurred with Mendy Wood Kent. All three face sex crimes. Kent already pleaded guilty to sodomy and second-degree rap.
10 a.m. - The victim is recalling some graphic sexual situations that occurred at "The Camp," which was what she refers to as the Stockton house where Wendy and Donnie Holland lived. Some of the abuse occurred while the girl was 7 or 8 years old.
9:58 a.m. - The victim, who is now 16, is overcome with emotion less than two minutes into the questioning. She says she "loved her" and that she is "very special to me." She remembers the abuse occurring when she was a child.

someone who told lies to benefit himself. She said that history is full of liars who told enough lies that the truth wasn't believable. She said that the accuser has a history of lying and that it will be proven during the trial.
9:38 a.m. - Johnson-Theodoro, Holland's attorney, during her opening statement: "No one is saying sexual abuse and assault isn't a horrible crime. What may be worse is a false allegation."
9:35 a.m. - Heinz said that the victim will talk about an abuse that occurred to her during 10 years. "This was her norm," Heinz said.
9:33 a.m. - Graphic sexual details are likely to come out in this trial. The girl, who is now age 16, will talk about the activities that took place at her homes in Stockton and Fairhope.

9:17 a.m. - Defense attorney Mitzi Johnson-Theodoro attempted another continuance based on some information she received late yesterday. The information was based on some testimony from a family member, a child, who is expected to take the stand later today. Bishop denied the motion.
9 a.m. - Arrived to the Baldwin County courthouse. Jurors are standing outside Judge Bishop's chambers as attorneys go over the final jury roster. Twelve jurors will be selected and two alternatives.
