For the first time since I've been reading at WS, I find myself nervous about a verdict. Have the reporters said anything about the jury make up? The jury doesn't know what we do.

And we don't know what they know. I think they've heard some horrific testimony that can not be denied.

Thinking of you Steph, Wally, P, A and all the victims!

:praying:

Sex Ring Case Yields No Clues About Missing Teen

http://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory/sex-ring-case-yields-clues-missing-teen-27507810

The trial of an Alabama woman accused of being part of an incestuous sex ring provided graphic evidence about horrendous child molestation, but it didn't answer a baffling question before testimony ended Wednesday: What happened to a young victim who is missing and presumed dead?

Witnesses during two days of testimony in the trial of Wendy Wood Holland, 35, didn't give any clues about the whereabouts of her 19-year-old niece Brittney Wood

2:17 p.m. - The jury is returning to the courtroom because they want the definition of sodomy in the 1st degree re-read to them.

2:20 p.m. - Bishop read the definition to jurors -- sodomy of the 1st degree involves an adult with a minor under age 12. It also involves sexual acts to the mouth or anus.

No answers surface about Brittney Wood's whereabouts during two-day jury trial into sex crimes involving Wendy Holland

http://www.al.com/news/mobile/index.ssf/2014/12/no_new_answers_surface_about_b.html

Brittney Wood's name was rarely mentioned during the trial and no new information was brought forward on her whereabouts.

"I am disappointed but I kind of expected it to be that way," Stephanie Hanke, Wood's paternal stepmother said. "The whole Wood family has been hush-hush. Everyone arrested and everyone involved has been quiet about it."

"We still believe the answers lie with Wendy and we'll keep the pressure on her," Hanke said.

Hanke said that no matter what the jury decides, "unanswered questions" persist.

"Our focus will not change," Hanke said. "We will still continue to look for Brittney and follow the trials. We'll still continue to support the victims and stand behind them and continue to share their stories."

No answers may have surfaced yet...but Brittney is getting national coverage from major MSM outfits :)

Praying for the jury as they deliberate. May they have wisdom and clarity of discernment.

:praying: Do what is right. What does your heart tell you after all you've heard? Did this young witness, go through the agony of getting up in front of all of you, do it only to be called a liar?

What other trials are we waiting to see related to Brittany's family?

This is most interesting to me and should help jurors decide what was going on.

Wendy Holland Trial: audible groan from the jury as a defense witness admits on stand for first time she was molested by multiple adults.

8:55 AM - 10 Dec 2014

I'm sitting here waiting for a verdict. In the meantime, I'm wondering why the mother of the girl's childhood friend of 10 years never spoke with Wendy in all those years.

Waiting, waiting, waiting...:waiting:

"The victim/accuser's childhood best friend taking the stand. Was friends with victim for 10 or more years."

"The mother of one of the victims friend first defense witness. Says victim/accuser lies a lot, just kid stuf. Never spoke to Wendy"

3:50 p.m. - The jury is ready. A verdict will be announced real soon.

3:53 p.m. - Holland is guilty of sex abuse of a child, sodomy, endangering welfare of a child and sexual torture.
