Unfortunately, we all knew this was coming. They didn’t kidnap her just to watch TV. They are equally involved no matter who did what. Each of them deserve the maximum punishment allowed. And I wouldn’t mind each of them getting put in general population in prison at all - they deserve everything they’d get there.

I googled to see what the combination of stimulants/depressants would do and found this. MOO

Dangers of Using Stimulants and Depressants Together - Black Bear Lodge
Mixing stimulants and depressants puts the body under immense pressure. The cardiovascular, respiratory and central nervous systems are put into a frenzy with the simultaneous mixed messages to speed up and slow down.

The consequences of this are severe and can result in one or more of the following situations:
  • Coma
  • Slowed, depressed or stopped breathing
  • Cardiac arrest, heart attack or heart failure
  • Overdose
  • Death
:(:(:(
What a shame that Patrick and Derrick didn't overdose before kidnapping Cupcake.

I've also wondered if PS & DB were recipients of some type of disability since I'm not aware of either being employed anywhere. How do these killers support themselves, pay their rent, etc. (SP, DB, and LS--mom that allegedly hanged her children).

Kamille ‘Cupcake’ McKinney suspect said she saw child’s sexual assault
The second suspect in the abduction and killing of Kamille “Cupcake” McKinney told police she saw her boyfriend forcing the 3-year-old child to perform oral sex on him at their Center Point apartment.

[...]

Representatives from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Birmingham, as well as federal public defender Glennon Threatt, have sat through both hearings. Their presence indicates federal kidnapping charges could be filed against one or both of the suspects.

[...]

Brown told police the couple had been together all day, including at Tom Brown Village from where Kamille was abducted, but said she was not aware of the child’s presence until they stopped at a Jet Pet after leaving the public housing complex on their back to their apartment at Woodside condominiums.

[...]

It wasn’t until Monday, Oct. 21 – nine days after Kamille’s disappearance and the day before child’s remains were found in a trash dumpster at a Jefferson County landfill – that Brown first acknowledged knowing anything about the girl.

From the Jefferson County Jail, Brown reached out to detectives and told them she wanted to talk. She was taken to police headquarters, where she then told her version of the events that transpired the day Kamille vanished.

[...]

Brown told detectives that after stopping at Jet Pep, the couple went back to their apartment. This is where the stories given by Stallworth and Brown begin to differ.

[...]

Brown, however, told detectives that once at the apartment, she stayed outside to smoke. When she went inside, she said she went into the bathroom and Stallworth was in there as well. It was then she saw a “shadow” pass by the door, and “thought she was tripping.” Brown had reportedly used Ice – or meth – that day as well as Trazodone, an anti-depressant sometimes used as a sedative.

Brown said she went back outside to smoke and when she came in, she made a sandwich and then went into the bedroom where she fell asleep. At some point she got back up to use the restroom again and said she saw Kamille sitting, with her legs dangling off the sofa. Stallworth, she said, was kneeling on the sofa in front of Kamille forcing the girl to perform oral sex on him.

[...]

He said Brown then said she went back to sleep and woke up the following day. She said she asked Stallworth about Kamille’s whereabouts, and said Stallworth told her, “You have been tripping.”

She said Stallworth had a trash bag and was leaving the apartment. He asked her were the lighter fluid was and she told them it had been left in their previous apartment.

[...]

New testimony also showed that after the Amber Alert in Kamille’s disappearance was issued at 10:39 p.m. that Saturday, there were seven telephone calls from Stallworth’s cell phone to his mother’s phone. Also, Ross testified under questioning by Danneman, two Jefferson County Jail inmates came forward with information about Stallworth, one of whom said Stallworth told him he had accidentally killed the child.

[...]

Authorities said Brown had lost custody of her children because she had put them in a clothes dryer as punishment.

[...]

The judge said it was clear they were “acting in concert” and deemed there was “more than enough evidence” to forward the case to the grand jury for indictment consideration.

[...]

Stallworth said that after they left Tom Brown Village, the pair went to the Jet Pep on Center Point Parkway. Store video confirmed they had been there. They went home and Stallworth later went back out to a Chevron where he bought an energy drink and a pill for “sexual dysfunction,’’ Ross testified.

[...]

Ross said that tracking of Stallworth’s phone showed “a lot of movement” between Woodside Condominiums and Parkway Villa apartments, which are adjacent to Woodside and have a worn pathway in the wooded area between the two complexes.

[...]

... The levels of the drugs indicated Kamille had ingested the drugs, and not just been exposed to them.

Just as we thought, blame the other. I’m sure as detectives kept revealing evidence their deny, deny, deny strategy fell apart. Once DB told them where the body was it’s game over. Looks like the evidence is overwhelming but contrary to what PS lawyer said, DB lawyer states FBI DNA test shows PS under Cupcakes fingernails! That’s new information.

I kinda hope federal charges are not filed. Just cost the taxpayer more money when the evidence revealed to date seems like a very strong case.

absolutely disgusting! And she’s sharing the details now to save her fat *ss.. shame she didn’t do something then instead of ‘going back to sleep’. What on earth! And she’s a mother !
ETA I will use the term ‘mother’ loosely for her.

Ross, a 28-year veteran of the Birmingham Police Department, became visibly upset as he recounted the graphic details of the sexual assault Brown described to police. Jefferson County Circuit Judge Clyde Jones paused the proceedings to allow members of the audience to leave. Both of McKinney's parents were present in the courtroom for the entire hearing.

Also Kamille's DNA in blood found on plastic around mattress. I guess DB slept through that too?

The others inmates look down on rapists and baby killers. They’d never last in gen pop.

I’m trying everything I can do to stay composed. I went outside and walked around the yard. I pulled a few weeds. The sun is shining and the breeze is slightly warm. I sat on my picnic table. Eyes closed and my face in the sun. I took a deep breath. A couple more. Tears slowly seeping.

Burn them both at the stake.
Bring on the flames.
Let’s be done with them forever.

I had a feeling earlier this would be a very hard case to endure.. as ‘normally’ it’s just the evidence vs the defendant denying any wrong doing. But when you have TWO defendants... I think the truth will come .i will never believe browns version of events where she tries to water down HER input in to this heinous crime....but I believe there is always a bit of truth thrown in there. so she may have been more involved, but what she’s saying is more than likely true as he’s also tried to switch the story on her.. they both went to smoke and fell asleep?? Only one is ‘telling the truth’.. It seems Patrick has took her side on things and tried to switch it on her the only problem is he’s the one who had CP on his phone and who’s dna was under cupcakes nails, I think it’s gonna be a hard read... and I commend cup cakes family for even being able to sit through what they have so far!

Derick Brown told police she witnessed boyfriend rape Kamille McKinney

According to a witness statement presented in court Friday, Brown said to another young female that day, “We were looking for someone who looks just like you.”
Testimony: Kamille ‘Cupcake’ McKinney was sexually assaulted before her murder

****What does this statement mean? Why say this? “looks just like you” Who else looks just like her or

This is what I mean.. sorry Ive just joined the thread so I’m catching up but as far as I could tell, they was going to be tried together so did that change when brown started talking about Patrick? I don’t doubt they was in on this together, vile. But does anyone know at what point IF Patrick would of found out that brown was going to testify against him then that’s when HE made his story’s up? I’m so sorry if this has already been mentioned.
