Since the husband doesn't mention packing a suitcase, I'm guessing that she supposedly tied everything up to the end of a stick and wandered away like the littlest hobo.

Last night, I read the 2020 development plan for the town. Two K9 dogs were added to the force in about 2008, as was a communications officer. Has anyone tried contacting the communications officer? Additionally, one of the objectives was to strengthen community involvement and relationships ... the city councillors are the people that are fulfilling those objectives. Someone should contact the councillor in charge of that neighborhood and ask for involvement such as ground searches.

Or perhaps she left carrying hangers, with the shoes draped around them? We are either missing a lot of info, or his story is a crock.

Or...he found pictures of the dresses on the camera (maybe she was selling them or taking dress up pictures of herself) and he wasn't sure if she had already uploaded them somewhere on the net.

I hope someone has camped out at the police station demanding that they take action ... eventually it will be on the news that someone is refusing to leave the police station, or that a grief stricken parent was arrested at the police station for insisting that they look into a missing person's case.

Maybe someone should contact Beth Twitty ... it seems that she had the same experience ... where police weren't doing enough ... she should certainly be able to offer some assistance when the same situation is happening in her own back yard.

I am not sure if I can post this. If not then please moderators, delete. I wanted to show it so that everyone can see her frame of mind on the day she supposedly packed up and left. This in MOO is not the mind of a Mom leaving her 22 month old child. The decision she is talking about is her decision to separate from her husband.

"I am amazed at myself this morning. The decisions I have made, the peace I have come to simply by reminding myself of one thing....DARYN is all that matters."

re-posting this.

She wrote this on Friday. She worked Friday. Did she tell work of her new plans? Was she looking for a place to live? Was she happy/upset at work? Was her husband calling/texting her? Where was the baby while she was at work? What time did she get off work? Did her husband go to the bar after she got home from work?

If I remember correctly, a friend spoke to her Friday night/early Saturday morning while her husband was at the bar?

What time did her husband take the baby to his mother's house?

At what time did her family realize she was missing? When was the first time after the 26th did her family talk to her husband?

Was Lisa depressed? What's her past record with relationships? How did she handle breakups in the past? Why type of lifestyle did she lead? Did she travel before she got married/had the baby? Line of work/education? How did she meet her husband?

I have soooooo many questions......the husband holds all the answers and he's managed to go two weeks without answering them to LE (or so it seems)

Very good point. Why would he have to get rid of a bunch of dresses and shoes? Maybe something happened in her closet.

The camera might have evidence on it for a custody battle.

The phone charger? Cannot figure that one out.

Because in desperation he reached into the closet and just took anything.
He was not thinking if she would take this or she would take that, he just grabbed things....
Also MY husband would not know what i took from my closet, would not know what shoes i took it just makes no sense he knows what she took because he
is the one that took them out of the closet and got rid of them.

Gotta start somewhere ... so here's the general area where she was last seen. Does anyone know which was her home?

Thanks, Otto!!

So she lived in a mobile home park. Someone else had to have heard and/or seen something. Nothing gets by close neighbors!!

I don't think she lived in a mobile home park. I've looked at pictures on both Lisa and husband's FB page and it is a rustic house with a porch and a yard.

darn it; I was hoping she had close neighbors..........

i have just a minute or would do it myself. someone could post a missing flyer & others here can comment to keep it in the forefront on tha Eufaula Tribune Facebook page & also on the euf topix ( I know, that's an ickky site, but it is publicity) .

I wonder if she had a special event coming up. I can envision a woman post pregnancy taking her dresses and shoes out of the closet and laying them on the bed (or somewhere) to try on and see what still fits and/or looks the best. That seems like the most logical scenario. Then something happened and the dresses were stained and/or used to wrap up a body.

I'm sorry, but his description of what she packed is WAYY hinky. Oh, and I wonder how big the suitcase was.

I don't think any of those things are missing. IMO he just listed a bunch of stuff she took to make it sound believable.

Email advice I just received from a Huntsville, Alabama reporter:

"Most stations won’t air a missing persons story until the police/sheriff’s department sends out a press release. Make sure the investigator does this!"

RTMom - Has anyone contacted the sheriff's department?

From the map that was posted earlier in the thread, it looks like that's where she lived. Someone must have heard something, but if no one is asking them, their memories will fade and they won't remember what day anything happened.

If you can figure out where the house is, please post. Thx
If she was "disappeared", it most likely happened at the house.

Will do!! What address did you use for your map?

Good morning, friends! As I mentioned last night, I am only an hour from the Eufaula area, in Dothan, Alabama. This is the closest media outlet to there. My husband is friends with the editor of our local paper, The Dothan Eagle, and I have contacted him this morning to see if he had heard of this story. I'm waiting on a reply and will let you know!

Any luck??? :rocker::rocker:

TIA
