I can't believe this was made public for the sake of the girl .
I find it outrageous that someone let this loose. Thanks to some bottom feeder this will forever follow this girl long after she has forgotten this. Nice legacy. "Family Court " would have handled this.
Eveyone knows Middle School is brutal.

By the way I am not defending this behavior but I have heard some insane sreaming at kids on the sidelines at High School Football games. Nobody will speaks up. Me , I've shot the look at a few of them . Then made sure I was in ear shot to say out loud , look at that guys gut ,could he do any better? LOL really.

This should have been handled within the Court. The Child had the right to privacy. It was clearly violated.

This has been my feeling all along. As I stated pages back, this should never have been aired in public and Kim is just as responsible as Alex for any effects this situation has on Ireland. I don't think she's all that great of a mother if she could release this voice mail to the public and put her daughter through this humiliation.

Family Court has clear Laws that are in place for a reason ,
it's a rule they follow "TO PROTECT THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD"

I have no love for Alec Baldwin, nor am I defending him in any way. I just feel that Kim, too, is responsible for abusing their daughter by releasing that voice mail. No child should have to be put through this public humiliation because his/her parents can't get along and feel that airing their "dirty laundry" in public is the right thing to do.

I am really P O"d at this . This is mild compared to some situations that go on in Family Court. I went with my brother a few years back and this woman brought in her answering machine and her ex , well, you could tell he was drinking or something and he calls at 3a.m. and says You Balh Blah
and then he screaming about all sorts of things , then in the end he said "I am going to burn the *advertiser censored***ing house down ! So then he hung up . Calls back at 4a.m. and says TICK TOCK TICK TICK! and he was trying to make his voice scary ,then he hung up.
So since it was 2 months old and she wasn't home all weekend anyway , her TRO was denied?
Now this is scary stuff. That is my defintion of a lunatic.

If the public scrutiny helps her father treat her better in the long run, I'm all for the short-term public scrutiny.

I have not read of anything over the years that indicates that Kim has done anything but try to protect her daughter from Alec's bad temper.

I don't know if I would classify her attmepts to protect her daughter in a court as the same as I feel about his very public tyrades.
Although this tape was not suppose to be released... It was and I am not convinced it was Kim's doing.
To be totally honest after 6 years I would almost not blame her for wanted the public to see what Alec is really like.
I don't recall Kim commenting to much about Alec over the years.

I have to say that IMO the tyrade left by her father is more damaging as its more personal.

It should be noted that although many on this thread are posting like Kim released that tape... That has not been stated in the media.

Like I said before if that is how my child's father spoke to her I would release the tape ... Not to harm my child but to rally some support.
People like Alec know one thing and the is their public persona.
He must keep his PR rep rolling in cash.

Well, unless Ireland released it to the media, the only other person who could have released it was Kim and her attorney... and it's sick that they would put this child through all this media attention.

You would have done this the instant you heard the message IF you were really concerned that your ex was going to harm your child.

You would have done it now to get even more hateful headlines out there concerning your ex and to keep the evil spin that you started going.....

If this were one of my children, their dad would be lucky to ever see them again. If he leaves a voice mail like this, I can only imagine how he is in a face to face argument. Also, if he talks to his CHILDREN like this, I could only imagine how he talked to his WIFE.
He is a bully, & a nasty nasty excuse for a human being. Kim may not be perfect, but to me, right now, I see her as an abuse victim. She probably got the worst of his rage over the years - I can't blame her for anything she has done.

For the record - I believe she is protecting her kids.
