It could be many things ranging from personal issues (financial, healthy, family related or otherwise). I'm not sure about the possibility of a law suit because who has been so threatened by her blog that they would want to pursue legal action against her? I don't think she strayed far into the "danger areas" of other possible suspects -- ?

I would guess she got an advance and they asked her to quit blogging. The DAH angle will be the book. Think it will sell well if she addresses some of the problems with the argument.

whether it was a ring or one person, someone found out that police in the area didn't arrest people for sex with children. I believe it was probably two different perps who did jacob and jared. word probably got around quick within the group of people who had the same interests in children that Fr Hoefgen wasn't arrested after he confessed. If and when his activities were talked about, this would be a nice advertisement for the area to attract people like this:

it looks like one of the founding members of NAMBLA in 1978, David Thorstad lived in St Paul MN. If you google "NAMBLA Minnesota" all of the results will come up. Thorstad went to U of M, etc etc.
