I don't recall which talking head it was that said this on fox but it made sense.What George and Cindy stated,that there was odour of a dead body in that car,that's DIRECT EVIDENCE against Casey.Period.

Maybe someone else saw it and remembers who it was,a detective IIRC.

They will say Zanny had her all this time and just killed her and dumped her and the smell in the trunk was the pizza- Why dont Tim just tell them the bag has been there a long time and straighten them out-

No, that is not true. I have been one of Casey's and the Anthony's worst critics, but early this morning I decided to back off of all of the Anthony's except for Casey. My reason? Because they DID love Caylee very much and it had to have hurt to hear about her little skull rolling out of that garbage bag.

I intend to stay backed off of them for a few days UNLESS they get back on TV spouting nonsense. I am trying very hard to be decent.

ETA: No way will I EVER back off of Casey, tho.

Or, I'm sorry, the topic of this thread is "Anthony's suspicious of circumstances of the findings". The nanny told the utility man to wait to "relieve" himself until she had moved the remains from the ORIGINAL place she hid them.

The Nanny = imaginary. Utility worker = real person. So your theory is that the non-existent nanny told the worker to go pee in the woods to find the body after she what?!

The tests inside and outside the bag will show that the bag has been in that area since being placed there by Casey. The duct tape and various other pieces of evidence will show that Casey bound the child plus the bag then drove her in the trunk of her car to the location where she dumped the body.

The A fam suspicions are unfounded and ridiculous. With proof which ties items with Caylee's body to the inside of their house and was sufficient for an overall search warrant which declared their home a crime scene...they are doing nothing except trying to continue the charade of the fake nanny. The stranger theory can be proven to be completely false. They won't find any hair, fiber, fingerprints, dna, etc. to include a fake nanny kidnapper being responsible for this.

Suspicious. "Suspicious" is the first public response they can muster while they're awaiting the official DNA results? These tiny bones may be(and probably are) the remains of their beloved granddaughter! How inappropriate that they have nothing to say for this murdered child who was thrown away like yesterday's garbage.

Anthonys-- Can you find no sympathy for this child at all? Perhaps this is why people are having such a hard time finding sympathy for you.

That was my first thought too. Uttering the word "suspicious" rather than "Thank you" to the man who had the integrity to properly report the dead child found in their neighborhood is appalling. The man most likely found their precious Caylee, if not why all the grand-standing by the defense about viewing the autopsy? They've asked everyone "from day one" to get out there and find their granddaughter. Now somebody probably has, and all they can say is that the find is suspicious? Can't they stop enabling KC long enough to verify the body of their granddaughter before they go disowning Caylee with their words again? Repulsive.

That issue has never been brought up, or hurt the prosecution of other cases TM has been involved in.

I don't have a problem of keeping the dream team for the defense out of the crime area. I do have a problem with LE allowing Tim Miller in. It is nothing to do with Mr. Miller's attachment to the case in terms of searching for Caylee. No one can dispute he put in Herculean efforts. However, he is NOT LE and he is NOT a forensic specialist, and I feel that his having been allowed into the crime scene will come back to bite the prosecution's butt.

I thought that I heard Tim say on NG the night the remains were found that this site had not been searched by his team - that they attempted but that it was underwater and that one of their ATV's had sunk. He stated that they stopped searching in that area so that if in fact there were evidence under the water that they would not disturb or scatter it.
So now the Ant's are stating that this site was searched by Tim - I would think that LE would want him at the site to be able to explain in court what/where/how this area was/was not searched by him. I think LE is covering ALL bases no matter whose remains these prove to be.
The Ant's need to be quiet if they want any sympathy/donations their way to continue - questioning every step that is taken by LE will not guarantee sympathy and/or reasonable doubt. When will they learn

not so fast, there were many of us in that thread that were trying to state the facts (as we saw them)...casey killed caylee (accidental, intentional..different theories raised) and she put casey's body where it was ultimately found..the area flooded soon after..because the body was likely buried it remained unseen until the floods dislodged it from the earth, it didn't float very far because of the dense underbrush but once the flood waters receded (within the last two weeks) the bag settled on the ground leaving the depression under it and where it laid until the meter reader found it.
TM tried to search it but couldn't because 1) it was flooded and 2) the second time they came to search it was still too wet and a fence was erected.

it really is as simple as that, many of us dislike the A's for one reason or another but please don't lump us in to the "NO MATTER WHAT this family does you all find fault!" category, because it's simple NOT TRUE!!

How could it be discovered long ago when it was under water until 10 days ago? If you would read all the info available you would see this. In the last 10 days since the water receded no one has been searching in the area until the utility man happened upon the bag that was able to be seen after the water receded. No big brains required to see or understand this. No big shenanigans going on. There is plenty of plausible explanation.

Well, the only question in my mind is why was it not discovered a long, long time ago?

If it's Caylee it has nothing to do with the facts of the case and the direction everything is headed.

There just is no plausible explanation as to how it was missed that close to her home.

How long did the areas remain flooded after the storm? What was the date of the storm that caused the flooding?

Very honestly, harleysnana, the fact that the Anthony's have not been back on tv since having heard about the discovery of the body actually makes me feel at least some compassion for them. Again, I know they did love Caylee, and I know it had to be hard for them to have heard about her little skull rolling out of that GARBAGE BAG!

We are a big group here and will always have different 'takes' on any situation. The important thing here is to respect each other's opinion even if we sometimes do not agree.

This case is an emotional roller coaster, isn't it?

I think the reason the Anthonys' response is so puzzling, is because of the high probablility that these are Caylee's remains--found discarded like trash with duct tape around the mouth. Horrible. Unthinkable. So how did the Anthonys just skip past the, "Oh my poor Caylee" or at least "this poor child" and get straight to the "Well this is just so convenient, isn't it?" mindset.

It just seems heartless. But this is JMO. I don't mean to offend.

IMO they cannot get away from the fact that thier grandaughter is dead and there was decomp in the trunk of thier daughter's car that she abandoned.
Do the math A's...nobody did anything to Caylee but Casey. And when forensics are completed, I have no doubt that Casey's signature/prints will be all over the evidence found Thursday.
They need to get thier statments ready for the penalty phase of the trial instead of getting statements/fabrications ready for yet another media blitz.

I agree with Coco!! I am NOT posting with double standards here!! I don't think someone "planted" Caylee's body. I think Casey dumped her there. Now while she could have had help from someone else inside that house to do it or to clean it up...Caylee's body was not "PLANTED".

Yes. I do find fault in what this family has done and is doing!! Blaming everyone else for such a henious, horrific crime upon this beautiful child while they ignore the truth when they KNOW the truth!! I find fault in that!! GRRRRR!!!
