No doubt she welcomed AL and anyone else that may have been with him if there was with that smile. It must take someone with no soul to turn around and kill her. And I absolutely hate the poster pics and pics where they place them side by side.

ok. Ive been on here way too long because I swear my pic just shrunk before my eyes.Wow. How did that happen? Please tell me someone else saw it the same size as jstanokiegal s pic too?

My favorite pic is of her and Carl in the flowered shirts. Didn't post the pic since it had Carl in it too. Might be considered sleuthing him?

I put the pic back in again. If it shrinks again Im out of here for the night. :)

omg. It did. At least its doing it on my laptop. Thats weird.

Well, the pic I uploaded isn't even showing up on my screen now! What??
ETA: It's showing up now. Try clicking to refresh your page, concernedmother.

Re reading newspaper articles. I will list the link but it is the online link to State paper Arkansas Democrat Gazette
Dec 3rd .. the day of the Formal Charges Plea I guess what its called.

"Lewis didn't speak to Circuit Judge Herb Wright during his brief appearance in court. His attorney entered the innocent plea and relayed a request from Lewis that he be allowed to write letters to Lowery from prison, where he was moved after his parole was revoked. Wright said he hadn't entered any orders that would prohibit him from doing so." http://www.arkansasonline.com/news/2014/dec/03/suspects-real-estate-agents-death-plead-innocent/

Did anyone ever find if it is a law or just possibly an ADOC policy that prison inmates don't correspond with other inmates? ADOC Policy would make sense. If so, Judge Wright wouldn't have to enter an order prohibiting it.

In AL Initial Complaint, he states that he mailed CL a letter Oct 31 via U.S. Mail. he goes on to state it was returned Nov 3. (31st was on a Friday and Nov 3 Monday) JMHO, that not enough time go out from ADOC Friday, get to LR mail distribution center, delivered to the PCSO jail, their mailroom procedures done all the mail they get, and sent back out to return to AL on Monday. That's cutting it very short. Though may very well be possible, JMHO I don't think it ever left the ADOC screening. With it having PCSO address and CL inmate # I would be willing to be it never left the ADOC property and it was returned to AL on Monday.

Another little tidbit
"Lewis as he was being led out of questioning after his initial arrest told reporters he didn't kill Carter, suggested there was another "codefendant" involved and described Carter as a "rich broker." On Wednesday, he suggested he was tiring of answering questions while being escorted to or from court.[/B]"This is kind of getting ridiculous," he said, several cameras surrounding him "

Darnit, no I am gonna have to go back and listen again.

It is my understanding that the jail where CL is housed does not allow mail from prison. So check the Pulaski County jail information for that. I read that, but don't remember if it was on their site or someone here posted it. That is why mail is marked "return to sender" that he sends her.

Just thought I would elaborate on how the state of Arkansas charges a suspect and the changes that can be made afterwords . Heather Swain was charged with Kidnapping and Capital murder. After going to court it was later learned that she was just an Accomplices. ( She cleaned up the car after the kidnapping and murder had taking place )

Thank you for that, zxbeer, appreciate the post!

No, but thank you. It just goes to download and says download unsuccessful.
Can you tell me what it says, please? (upstairs and computer is downstairs)
