So there was a lot of talk about prisoners rights and how those in custody are treated by LE as a result of ALs most recent suit. I myself made a little tongue in cheek post.

I just want to elaborate on my personal feelings and opinions regarding that whole situation. And I would like to preface the following rant by stating that I am an educated, licenced, and experienced health care professional.

A sprained ankle is not a medical emergency. A broken ankle that is enclosed and not a compound fracture is not a medical emergency. A laceration to the scalp that is not actively bleeding a large amount of blood is not a medical emergency. A sore, sprained, or otherwise injured knee is not a medical emergency. If the person in question is alert and oriented to person time and place (like for example capable of asking to be moved to a different room) has unlabored breathing no shortness of breath or chest pain and no weakness or numbness on one side of their body... They are not having a true medical emergency. AL himself said he was able to walk under his own power and strength... Just that it was painful. A dislocated shoulder, although excruciatingly painful, is also not a medical emergency... No one has ever died from "pain" Pain by itself is not life threatening. So that being said.... If there was a tiny smidgen of hope that beverly Carter was still alive and being held somewhere when AL was arrested... That tiny smidgen of hope was infinitely more important and of a higher priority than ALs medical complaints.

That's my rant for the day.

Very, very, very true and very valid!

Neatly printed motion. lol Even his penmanship made the news.

Slow news day ;)
I had commented on his penmanship earlier. I have big loopy writing, even printing. But his is clean. He must be laying a piece of paper over a book page or a copy of something to have it precise. But darn, unless I hold up to a light, its hard for me to see the underneath paper. NO COMMENTS ON HAVING MIMI EYES :)

Where did TKL123 go? Maybe he just wanted to read AL's complaint letters?

Wish some who knew Beverly Carter in real life would come here and speak of her. Especially at this time of Christmas.. and Remembering

Do you have to be signed up to read links? Guess I never thought about that.
Not sure about that. I hardly ever use the web version of WS, I use the tapatalk app. It seems like when I was first researching this case I kept seeing Websleuths when I'd google Beverly Carter, and would get on and read, but shortly after became a registered user. I don't recall if I could click the links before being a member. #pass.the. ginkgo.biloba

Just thought I would elaborate on how the state of Arkansas charges a suspect and the changes that can be made afterwords . Heather Swain was charged with Kidnapping and Capital murder. After going to court it was later learned that she was just an Accomplices. ( She cleaned up the car after the kidnapping and murder had taking place )
Thanks! I don't remember this case right off hand, so something new to read. OT one case that I followed and feel so bad for the family and all concerned is well 2 Nona Dirksmeyer ?sp and the family of Olivia "Janie" Ward. << that one gut wrenching to me.

She was kind and gentle. Full of life. Always smiling. She had a beautiful smile. She was genuine.

AGENT WARNING: FAKE BUYER solicits business from agents

If you get a phone call from a buyer who claims to have just won the Florida lottery, think twice before showing him any homes. According to the Massachusetts police, more than a dozen agents in the South Coast region of the state have received calls from the alleged “buyer,” who has been documented using the aliases Carlos, Tony, and Mike. The caller blocked his phone number on each occasion and also refused to provide a last name or a phone number. He also reportedly speaks to the agents as if he met them a few weeks ago at another showing, then becomes aggressive if the agents fail to “recognize” him or meet him for showings or at a local casino. The man also may call as early as 6:30 am or as late as 11:30 pm, and appears to have knowledge about the agents’ interests and hobbies as well as their listings[1].

Safety experts recommend using a “multi-layered” and proactive approach to self-defense. Crye-Leike Realtors recently debuted the Beverly Carter Safety Course, named after the murdered Arkansas agent.

Just thinking. Agents should be extremely careful because it seems someone is always out there ready to Copycat a crime.

Lots of pics of Beverly out there in cyberland. Different hairstyles etc but the one thing that stands out in every pic of Beverly Ive seen is the sparkle in her eyes and that big smile.

Yes, it's an app for smartphones or tablets. MUCH easier on the eyes than viewing the web version. IMO
