Yes, the case is hard to follow with all the gossip out there. I definitely think Laudelina and her daughter Macarena are involved. The husband Benitez too. Caillava and Perez were the only ones with a car, so that makes them highly suspect. I would normally think they were lying about the lawyer Codazzi coercing them into lying, but since he has disappeared, then he looks guilty too.

I wouldn't be surprised if Macarena was the one who kidnapped Loan and locked him in the shack or gave him to someone. Taking a nap? Sure.

The Alameda Foundation has requested the governor of Corrientes, Gustavo Valdés, give a statement before the Federal Court regarding the disappearance of the child Loan Danilo Peña.

Specifically, Gustavo Vera, head of the Alameda Foundation, asked the court to require all participants in a political-partisan barbecue held on June 28 and organized by Pellegrini to testify, considering that it was an "alleged distracting and obstructive maneuver of the investigation," as reported by the C5N news channel.

They also request that the provincial prosecutors who took Laudelina Peña's complaint be summoned to testify, as well as the lawyer José Codazzi, who gave Loan's aunt 50,000 pesos to establish the hypothesis of the accident, also threatening her that she and her daughter would go to jail.

In his presentation, Gustavo Vera requested that an investigation be carried out into “a network of institutional cover-up surrounding the forced disappearance” of Loan, which would involve important officials of the provincial administration.

For this reason, he requests that, among others, Goya councillor Guillermo Córdoba be called to testify, in whose house the aforementioned barbecue was held the day before the complaint that Laudelina filed with provincial prosecutors, raising the hypothesis of the accident.

Am sure I wondered if it might be the police and up - that's quite big to be looking in that direction that's for sure.

An Army member said he saw a child with the characteristics of Loan Danilo Peña at a bus terminal, located at the intersection of Alem and San Martín streets. In light of this situation, the federal courts have been asking since dawn that all vehicles circulating on routes 3, 26 and 28, which connect Caleta Olivia with Comodoro Rivadavia, be registered.

The witness's son began to play with another child, whose features are similar to those that have been shown on television and in newspapers for more than a month, and when he was leaving with another adult, the child said to him in his farewell: "I am Loan."

Creation of The Loan Foundation.

On Monday Mariano Pena, brother of Loan Peña, traveled to the capital of Corrientes to begin the legal process that allows him to create The Loan Foundation. The objective is to help the most vulnerable sectors of the country, especially those families who are looking for a loved one.

This article shows how the GOVERNOR is involved in all this. Unreal.

-On Thursday, June 27, Senator Diego Pellegrini contacted the Councilman of Goya, Guillermo Córdoba, to ask him to organize a barbecue with the local leaders of the group “Peronistas con Valdes” for the following day.
-On Friday, June 28 at noon, at the home of Councilman Córdoba, the lunch requested by Diego Pellegrini was organized, in which, in addition to the aforementioned hosts, participated Councilman Juan Domingo González, the former Councilman and current rector of the Instituto Superior De Goya, Daniel Lestember; Councilman José Novello and one of Valdés' representatives in the area, Luciano Fernández.
-The barbecue was a political meeting that had no connection with the Loan case. However, during the course of the lunch, several representatives reproached Senator Pellegrini for the government's actions in that case.
-In the middle of lunch and debate, Senator Diego Pellegrini's cell phone rang. He told those present that Governor Valdés was calling him and that he had to temporarily interrupt the conversation and answer the call.
-The Senator stepped aside to speak with Valdés for a few minutes and then returned to the table where the lunch was being held, apologizing for having to leave the meeting, since the Governor had "assigned him a task" and he had to go to the town of Esquina and then to Corrientes.
-Pellegrini left in a grey Volkswagen, license plate AB300BU, which belongs to the car dealership that the Senator owns in the town of Esquina.
-The events would have continued with Pellegrini contacting lawyer José Fernández Codazzi, to whom he told the "assignment of the governor" and instructed him in the fictional script of the "accident" with which Codazzi had to convince Laudelina and Macarena to testify before the provincial prosecutor's office.
-Pellegrini gives the car in which he had arrived at the barbecue to Codazzi and Agustín Ibarra, who acted as driver to go to Laudelina's house in 9 de Julio.
-Once there, they convince Laudelina and Macarena that they should repeat the script of the "accident" before the provincial prosecutor of Corrientes, that Laudelina's situation was very compromised and that if they did not declare this script they would run the risk of going to jail.
-With this threat, José Codazzi and Agustín Ibarra leave from 9 de Julio towards Corrientes Capital, taking Laudelina and Macarena.
-In the middle of the journey, they change vehicles and Codazzi, Laudelina and Macarena get into a van that was driven by Senator Pellegrini.
-Then they testify before the provincial prosecutors and hours later the governor tweets that the case is "almost solved."

The operation of distraction, obstruction, evading federal jurisdiction, had been consummated.
In light of these facts, the president of the Alameda Foundation requests that all those who participated in the barbecue at the home of Councilman Córdoba with Senator Pellegrini be summoned to testify as witnesses to account for the existence of the call from the governor and what Pellegrini said before leaving. That Codazzi and especially Governor Valdés be also summoned to testify, who, according to the account of the facts that was referred to us, would have been present at the beginning and end of this cover-up operation. That Pellegrini, who has already been summoned, be investigated in relation to these events.

The driver who took Laudelina to testify before the provincial court was summoned as a witness, along with the deputy mayor of the Corrientes town of 9 de Julio, Luis Alberto González. The driver, Agustín Ibarra, and González must appear before the federal judge of Goya, Cristina Pozzer Penzo, on Monday, July 29, to give their testimony.

Ibarra was driving the car, allegedly owned by provincial senator Diego Pellegrini, in which Laudelina and lawyer José Fernández Codazzi were travelling. Inside the vehicle, Laudelina was allegedly threatened to testify about an alleged accidental homicide of Loan, who was allegedly run over by former naval captain Carlos Pérez and former municipal official María Victoria Caillava.

On the same day, the judge also summoned Deputy Mayor González to testify in relation to the discovery of Loan's footprints in a field, where a shoe was later found.

I'm not sure why they are summoning the deputy mayor of Corrientes? The only thing that makes sense is to testify about the delay in activating the Sophia Alert...

-In the first hours after Loan disappeared, the town lost power. That is why the security cameras stopped working. (How suspicious!) The distribution company claimed that the north wind damaged the power lines.

The Sofia alert, a protocol that is activated in the first hours after a child disappears who may be in danger, in this case was activated a day later. Why?

Initially, the protocol for the Alerta Sofía application was poorly done because it was limited to the dissemination of Loan on social networks and in the media, but the complete application was not generated, explained José Serbin, a representative of the Alameda Foundation. In order to search for people, what has to be done “is to create roadblocks; involve the National Directorate of Migration to check migrations at the different borders of our country; the National Commission for the Regulation of Transport and the different powers of the State, because what they have to do is activate everything as quickly as possible because the first hours are really very important."

Commissioner Maciel may become a "collaborating defendant." This was decided after a meeting between his lawyers, federal prosecutors, and the PROTEX. An accused collaborator can be found in cases of, for example, corruption of minors, human trafficking, child *advertiser censored*, kidnapping and deprivation of liberty, among others. In this way, it is clear that the investigation is aimed upwards and seeks to identify the most powerful people who are above the people. The Commissioner was summoned to testify again on Thursday, July 25, at 1:00 p.m.

"This request aims to provide new data and elements that will be useful for the assessment by His Lordship," they state in the order. They add: "In order to consolidate the information in a single document and considering the statements of Walter Maciel, we request that the department where he is housed clarify that His Lordship has authorized the use of his own mobile device, provided that the minimum security requirements are met. Currently, he is only allowed to communicate through the landline telephone."

Looks like PROTEX is the Prosecutor’s Office for Human Trafficking and Exploitation (Procuraduría de Trata y Explotación de Personas.

-Bank statements finally!

Last night, search operations continued in the town of 9 de Julio, focusing on the homes of two police officers, Noguera and Fernández. Both officers worked alongside Commissioner Walter Maciel at the police station on June 13, the day when Loan Peña was last seen.

Noguera was the first to receive a photograph of the footprint just before the discovery of some crucial evidence. Federal judge Cristina Pozzer Penzo plans to question both officers in light of the investigation. The magistrate is awaiting reports on the bank accounts of those arrested, their associates, and the minor’s family, along with potential connections among all suspects.

Walter Maciel has agreed to act as a cooperating defendant and plans to expand on his statement this Thursday. His lawyer, Miguel Ángel Pierri, indicated that while Maciel may not know Loan’s current location, he will provide substantial information regarding the investigation’s progression. Pierri noted that the judge is currently evaluating Maciel’s testimony.

I've been thinking about Jorge Burton, Caillava's son, and the search of the boat...

“The boat was in the warehouse next to the house. Between June 15 and 17, the boat was no longer there. We all saw that Jorgito took it. He told us that it was because he was afraid that it would be vandalized or that the neighbors would do something to it,” says a neighbor very close to the family home. The boat bears the name of its owner "Maria Victoria." According to reports in 9 de Julio, Jorgito also had another boat, but it is unknown why it is no longer there. It was the one he used to fish for Surubí.

It looks like there is a major river very close to Corrientes and 9 de Julio. If Loan was taken out by boat, then the Paraguay border is not very far away to the north. IMO
