This same thing happened to my brother.. His solicitors didn't get all the paperwork in before he was due to go too court. So instead of getting out this month he has to wait until july 27th. I'm guessing the same thing will happen tomorrow with GBC. If the paperwork hasn't been received they will probably adjourn it tomorrow

wouldnt you have the sh**s with the solicitor.

I wouldnt be happy paying big $$$$ and paperwork not lodged.

Aloha back! I'm going to be so burnt from reading this forum. The only place to get wi fi is beside the pool and there is no shade.

I hope, if the alleged did do it, that there is plenty of evidence to show why he shouldn't be bailled. I also think the public won't be happy if the alleged is seen to be freed because he has expensive lawyers. Hawkins was mentioning Australians and their "fair go" thoughts, but Aussies usually hate to see anyone getting special treatment. Yeah, I know, presumed innocent, I said that.

FYI. I have been told by a mother of a child in the same class as one of the girls that they are holding up pretty well and that the elder and middle one do have an idea of what is going on. no word though since the arrest

How could these high powered/paid attorneys/solicitors not get the paperwork done? I could imagine a grumpy little GBC if this is the case. I just can't get why they would let this happen? Strange? Unless they are having trouble getting funds?? For bail or for payment of services?

Its a game they play, they may not feel they have enough yet to convince the judge to give him bail. they also may (read: will) have info they may need to combat.

Its very strategic and this is why they get the bug bucks

Wow, sounds like a few who think he might get bail... I just typed a post and 'poof' it went into thin air, so trying again... I really think it depends what the Police have on him and on the case. IF he did committ this crime I don't think the reasoning put forward about having 3 kids to care for should come into it.. No way..sorry. Not IF guilty. Mentally emotionally, by some reports he has been pretty close to the edge.. And really IF you committ a crime of killing your 3 kids mother should you get bail to go back and care for those same kids? Sorry slight rant.. It is Alleged he has done this and that is why I said IF he has done this. Again I do not know what info the Police have and I think whatever they have or don't has to have some sway as to the bail outcome..

When GBC began to grow a beard I did wonder whether the three children minded.

During the short space of time when their mother was missing and then found dead, their father changed physically and became a prickly, unfamiliar bearded face.

Hopefully a pool bar to go with the pool and wifi?
Yes, tomorrow will be interesting. Hopefully you can sneak in some pool time tomorrow. It's 1240 Brisbane time right now so add 1 hour 50 minutes and that is the time it is expected to be heard in court tomorrow.
Stay away from the bird lady on the street, she'll charge you $10 to take photo's LOL

Yep I'm agreeing with hoping there's barrel loads of evidence.....plus classed as danger to not only himself but to others also. Maybe something to do with why he's been kept in medical up until tomorrow.

Great reply. Thank you.
Wouldn't this pee off your client though?

we do find things that arent there, I agree, you see what you want to see, and just to prove your point:
I just found one of the photos, and it now looks like a shadow!! haha but the other one looks decidely like a scab and red around the edge. However, although the scratch one looks like its positioned right, the other one is definately not. (No wonder no one went with my comments!!!) :blushing:

this one looks like a shadow, (nothing like what I first thought!!): http://resources0.news.com.au/images/2012/04/27/1226340/190320-gerard-baden-clay.jpg

this one looks like a scratch or scab but you need to zoom

Thanks..yeah I can't tell..when I zoom in it gets so blurry that its really hard to perceive what it is, without being able to see more definition.. Thanks for the pics.
