I always get scared of Examiner articles, I'd sometimes trust the content of a fella on the street who is yelling to no one in particular about various conspiracy theories dancing around in his or her head before some Examiner articles... Or a salacious rumor written on some bathroom wall is sometimes more credible than the Examiner...

(Not at all referring to the one you linked to, just the Examiner in general. As a former San Franciscan who recalls the great publication the SF Examiner once was, seeing its current incarnation makes me sad)

and it seems that Luka posted there himself with the nickname "blUNJBxK" talking about the murder. He says it was a cat (not a dog) in the 1 lunatic 1 icepick video and wrote a lot of graphic details about how it happened, information that I don't remember being released by the press at that time. I don't think it's some random troll who wrote those things. If that was indeed Luka who posted, it explains why he did and how.
Any thoughts? sorry, if this was discussed before, thanks in advance!

As I suspected. I've always believed, until hard proof is provided otherwise, that the murder of LJ was his first human. Certain authorities and people started jumping on the bandwagon and possibly linking him to everything under the sun as this case broke, causing a feeding frenzy. I draw my conclusions and consider the best source from his email to the UK Sun in December '11 saying humans would be next, but after he disappears for a while. That trail is right on script.

This made me literally laugh out loud.

It's good that police are being responsible, and shutting down LRM's links to other crimes (there is always some incentive to try to link perps to past crimes to close cold cases, etc).

In each one that we verified was him, he would always either make a mistake or he would link another account that would lead back to him somehow. I wonder, Baudi, given LRM's seeming penchant for linking sockpuppets back to himself, re-using known sockpuppet usernames, or repeating the same bizarre spelling mistakes, was he *intentionally* taking steps to ensure his posts were found, or would be eventually found, as part of a broader disinformation campaign?

I find the fact that sometimes LRM writes more intelligently than others, an unusual observation. I'm not sure what to make of it. At times, I feel he is an arrogant doofus who continuously overestimates his own intelligence and underestimates those pursuing him. But perhaps he's more clever than I / we give him credit for.

My theory, is that he's ultimately an attention seeker. So, as with his animal torture videos, he really did want the kill video to eventually be linked back to him, so he could have the fame (like other notorious serial killers); hence the YouTube sockpuppets posting about "1 Lunatic, 1 Icepick" before it was even made.

LRM expected the video to eventually be linked back to him; he just figured he would be long gone by then. He jwasn't expecting the police to link him to the murder so quickly, via the torso & suitcase outside his apartment and surveillance videos from his apartment.

Anyways, I still maintain that any statements he's made anywhere under any assumed name or identity, should be treated skeptically, until confirmed with independent corroborating evidence.

I mean, he seemed to live his life online, in a fantasy world of lies and disinformation that he created about himself. As a friend said to me: LRM may go down as the Internet's Ultimate Troll.
 
I can't believe we are using one of our Canadian Forces plane to transport him, GRRRRRRRRRR. This makes me truly angry.
 
Well this is one way to ensure that no photographer gets a pic of him. They will more than likely land at one of the bases and then he will be transported by vehicle to his destination.

You know what tho if you go to his site (it was something like www.luka-magnotta.com
) the writing on that site was brillant! Then there was a Wiki page he created for himself that was horribly written. As I was going through his writings I think it depends if he is altered on drugs?

A lot of the stuff on his site was copy/pasted from articles he researched online, and NOT his own words.

I think it depends on whether or not he copies and pastes.

So he's on his way back - good. Hopefully now the Canadian police can question him and find out what he did with Lin Jun's head.

Exactly. He was plagiarizing everything on there. You can tell the portions written by him, they are badly written, misspelled, and often CAPITALIZE words to make a prosaic point.
