Dave, I have some questions for you, if you don't mind. I am years behind all of you and though I have read and reread everything I can find (until I think my eyes are bleeding) but there are a few things I can't find the answers to. So, I'm thinking maybe you can help, since you offered..

1. Did the R's have witnesses to arriving home Christmas night? Do we know if anyone left again?

2. Was the chair in the basement ever tested for DNA?

3.What about the floor safe, was it ever searched?

4. Did Dr. Beuf (sp?) and Glen Stine give DNA samples?

5. What are the chances PR called her mother before she called anyone? Just how much help was Nedra on that phone (I don't really expect an answer to that)?

6. Do we know what N64 games BR received with the console? If he had another video game before the N64 and or what type of PC games were in the house.

John Walker writes in his book, ""Every parent at some point and time in the raising of their children, especially single family parents (his error, not mine) had to come face to face with reality, and the sexual attraction fora son or daughter. Let me - the writer, being the first to say I have also been victimized by the temptation of incest and at one time caught up in the thoughtful sensuousness of incestuous behavior."
That sets the stage for Walker's book. HE, as the adult in an incestuous relationship, calls himself a victim - and he writes a book accusing the Ramseys of having sex with their daughter and then killing her to cover it up.

The book made me feel dirty, sick.

This book is not recommended - not if someone wants to read about the true life murder of an innocent child named JonBenét Ramsey.

Now, if you want to witness the rantings of a self-confessed pedophile.... this might be just what you are looking for. Too bad he is putting JonBenét's name and book on his sick fantasies.

Not that I am aware of.

Glenn Stine I know did. I can't find anything that mentions the doc.

The way I see it, the chances are not good.

Sorry, Agatha. I couldn't say for sure. I got an N64 that Christmas, too, and it came with Mario 64. So that was probably it.

For the record, I do not know Rev. John H. Walker. I've never met him, or talked to him. I've never read either of his books. I didn't even know that he was the same author of the previous book.

As an avid RDI, I would like to publicly hang this man. I am so glad that I never knew about this book or I quite possibly would have bought it. I can assure you that if I had, I would have sent it back to Amazon with a note telling them what to say to this author. Unbelievable at best, pathetic to say the least. Why would Amazon offer this book? Have they gone so far as to not care what they offer? Sorry. Off rant.

And don't forget all the visits to this doctor's office with uti's and vaginal problems. And the biggest red flag to me: He never checked for abuse.
I don't believe that for one second. Sorry to anyone who thinks this doctor did what he should have, but he did not (or if he did, he kept it secret from LE, which would be worse than not checking at all).

I know of an 11 year old boy who not only molested his 5 year old nephew but a 3 year old neighbor boy. He was arrested, tried and sentenced to 7 years at a special facility in Louisiana for boys like this. What I found interesting were the things that he did leading up to his being arrested. He would masturbate on his sisters Barbie's and slash the church clothing of all female members of his home. No outside of the home knew about this behavior , until it was too late.

My theory leans and always will towards BR, especially after hearing the 911 tapes. I think he did things to her that would make her cry out and this is why the basement, I also think that the situations, built over time growing until he felt she needed to die. I think he is/was a very sick young man, a Frankenstein if you will created by his parents.

The parents of the first boy were told by doctors at the camp, "As with alcoholics, once you are one you will always one". Just something to think about there....

Before we continue, there's something that I need to know.

It was revealed a few years ago that Patsy could write with either hand. Recently, something happened that got me to wondering.

Does anyone here know if PR was naturally right-handed or if she was what is called a "convert?" For those of you who don't know, up until a few years ago, it was common to re-train a left-handed person to be right-handed. This process has since fallen out of favor with the medical community because of the negative effect it has on a person's temperment. In plain English, those who undergo the proceedure tend to have a great deal of hostility and anger.

I ought to know. My maternal uncle is one of them, and what a p**** he is! When my brother was a few months old, he was right-handed, but was left-eye, left-foot. It was suggested that he be converted, but my mother emphatically refused, remembering what it did to her brother.

Does anyone know if Patsy went through this? She was the right age for it, and it might explain a few things.

Agatha, part of my reasons for my belief that Burke is involved, were his reactions to being told of his sister's death and the ability and statements he made to the effect of 'just wanting to get on with his life.' He also was willing to try and tell the truth at first. He stated JB walked into the house that night, helping to carry in Christmas gifts.

Ask anyone who has lost a sibling and that would most likely NOT be the normal response. If your sibling was killed, in your home, by a kidnapper/murderer, you should feel fear, sadness, anger and a need for justice. Not a cold apathy.

Also, the R's I believe, would NOT have covered up a murder that one of them had committed. I believe the truth would have come out at some point. I can see them covering up the murder if their other child had committed the crime. Even if their lawyers had informed them that Burke could not be prosecuted, they would still have to deal with the world knowing their son killed their daughter. In the Ramsey world it was very much about how things looked and what others thought.

Guys, keep on and I am going to fully convert BDI. I've always had my suspicions (especially after the GJ), but I don't know how they can keep investigating when they know who did it. I know they can't come out and name him, but they could say something to the effect of "there is no longer any need to investigate, this case has been closed, and due to reasons of confidentiality, the perp cannot be named". Of course the whole world would know who it is, but that would be better than the carp we've been hearing for 14 years!
