I hope this helps too, here is a link to the list of what discovery was given to the defense. Back in August we knew we would be getting these pages, SAO released 1000 of the 2000 pages and BC chose other certain pages to release.

I don't see the Report of Examination dated 7/25/09 but I might have missed it. Maybe not. This would be pdf page #3 of the 19 page doc.

Fibers meaning the fibers of the tape, not foreign fibers.

I believe I remember previous test stating there were matchs in the tape with the glue and something else (cant remember I will have to look) but this test result seems to state that the fibers dont match. Could that not just mean that the fibers that were attached to the tape are different, which would be the case if the person handling the same role at different times had on maybe different clothing.

Fibers meaning the fiber that the tape is made of not foreign fibers. Hope this helps

If you look at the handwritten page #s they are in order 8360 through 9020 at that link.
As far as I know, I haven't seen anything above handwritten #9020 released yet. So, from your list above I can not find page 3 - 12, and 14 in any doc dump. Hope this makes sense.

Some of the documents Conway referred to Wednesday, which they say raise questions about the evidence we’ve heard about so far, are old reports going back to the beginning of 2009. There are a lot of documents yet to be released, to both the public and the defense, and the FBI might still be conducting tests on some of the evidence at this point. :shakehead:


The Anthonys did not attend the news conference Wednesday. Their attorney said they wanted to seize the opportunity while there were questions out there to try to change public opinion. They admit the overwhelming public opinion right now is that Casey is guilty and they want her to get a fair trial. :bang:

I could not agree with you more!!! I just listened to the first half of his press conference, and what a freakin' circus!!

I am interpreting today's little show as NOT being the release of any NEW discovery, but the Brad beginning his little press conference by lambasting the public for forming any kind of opinion about the discovery/documents released so far, but then immediately launching into the ANTHONY'S OPINION of their interpretation of the documents released!

Talk about "talking out both sides of your a$$$$!!

Think I just heard a portion of the defense closing argument AND THE CASE HASN'T EVEN GONE TO TRIAL YET!!!

I have heard enough from BC, as well as the A's. Back to picking apart yesterday's dump....

Does anyone know if there is an existing thread (perhaps "no discussion) that is a cumulative list of the "evidence"***(see note below) that prosecution may take to trial, based on the all document dumps to this point?

I think it would be interesting and informative to be able to list and look at possible "holes" for the defense to jump into, perhaps speculating if this went to trial now? (similar to the "ping list", "cell phone usage" etc....)

DISCLAIMER: I used the term evidence in quotation marks as a general term to include all documents, witness statements, reports, etc. although technically none of those things are true evidence until they are entered during the trial.

The Anthonys said they wanted to release this information because they say it supports what they have been saying all along – give their daughter the right to a fair trial, don't just assume she's guilty.

Seriously? On DAY 32 I knew she was guilty. The jail tapes, interviews and discovery, thus far, IMO, have just been lagniappe.

I will ASSUME whatever I wish regarding this child murderer, Mr. Conway!!

IIRC there is one receipt we haven't seen of Casey's purchases made with her "newly found" money. I can only dream that receipt contains 1 purchase of duct tape. I would love for the state to slam that down the defense's throat. It doesn't matter that the duct tape isn't a match, she steals everything else from her friends, why would duct tape be any different. There is already one incident of her "borrowing" duct tape from Amy.

Sure would be a great reference tool, for instance like this latest situation with the heart sticker. Could help us form an opinion as to how important a role the loss of a particular piece of "evidence" could be overall to the case.

Only thing I am hesitant about is that I certainly don't want to provide JoseBGood and others working to deny Justice for Caylee an easily accessable "cheat sheet" to form a defense. Let them do the work for themselves!

I am totally engrossed with this case and have just plucked up the courage to post.

Things are dealt with completely different from where I am there is no publicity regarding court cases until after a trial and even then its limited.

What captured my attention was that poor baby n that devious person she called mom. No child deserves what that poor excuse for a parent did to her. Children dont ask to come into this world we bring them here and all to often we are seeing more and more of this behaviour from women and it shocks me to the core. Me me me and if theres anything left I will have more, attitude.... How can anyone hurt any child in that way let alone her own mother

Oh I know she hasnt been convicted of anything BUT anyone who lies about the whereabouts of their child and parties her little shoes off every night while their child is missing is responsible full stop no excuses go straight to jail do not pass go, do not collect $200 well maybe Casey could collect that $200 then go straight to Jail

With today's press conference by Brad Conway, ON BEHALF of the Anthony's, to assert their opinions about the documentation released, do you think this will play into the eventual hearing for Change of Venue???

How can you declare that KC cannot get a FAIR TRIAL in Orlando when you are soliciting the media, holding press conferences AND then pointing out by Document Page where you believe the Defendant is innocent of all charges????

Wonder if any of us can call a press conference to discuss with the residents of Orlando why we feel that the Defendant is GUILTY of all charges??
