NOT GUILTY TOUR Rules The theme for the day is ‘Not Guilty’.All Crocs members are required to wear green shirts with collars and a disguise (I would). An old green shirt is a must and I would suggest that they are bought from the salvo's or a cheap Kmart shirt and not your Sunday Best. (The plot thickens!!!) {Other participants may wear green or some other themed item if they chose}Everyone who enters the bus will be searched and all bags to be presented for inspection.Weak bladders, weak hearts and anyone who is scared to be ridiculed or is any way precious should maybe have a picnic with their nana's on this day.Be Warned, you may be arrested and have your photo taken. This will depend on your ability to plead your case and if you’re guilty or not guilty. (Judge .... presiding)Conduct on TourFalse Allegations, Misconduct, Innuendo, Bribery, Swearing in public, Disorderly conduct, Urinating in public place, Fraud, Theft, Random Breast Testing and the big one, Perjury, will be encouraged due to the nature of the day. Good humoured sanctions will be imposed.

If the person happens to be a street worker AND aboriginal like Darrylyn Ugle who was murdered, then the case is most likely sitting on the bottom of the pile. I can hardly find any information about her or what happened to her. List goes on doesn't it.

The list sure does, and unfortunately it is not isolated to certain areas it happens the world over. You barely heard anything about Adrian Bailey's prior attacks and not until a successful good looking white woman was murdered did he come to media attention.

You really have to feel for the families of murdered drug users, prostitutes and other high risk lifestyles, the general message from society is simply "they are not important" when such a crime is committed on these "types" of victim the focus is generally turned away from the murderer and onto the victim "it's a shame, but it's the lifestyle she chose" yeah utter BS, they may have chose to become a prostitute etc based on a thousand different reasons or circumstances, however they did not choose to become a victim of murder.

The news media are just as much to blame, if they put a spotlight on such victims then the police would be almost forced to prioritise these types of investigations.


So lesson of the day, if you're to become a victim of violent crime, make sure you are white, wealthy and good looking.

It appears that this outfit was well acquainted with Whiteman Park and the Swan Valley. Maybe SS dump site is near the Telstra exchange on the RAAF land in Caversham. It's Bush and supposed to be off limits to the public, hence why SS not found, if the accused BRE was involved?

Absolutely.

When this nonsense is perpetuated by LE, it helps reinforce (for idiots anyway) that they can treat certain people like garbage and they'll either get away with it completely, or face a less serious consequence if caught. Police need to pull their heads in.

First time poster.

The thing I find interesting is the continual head butting described by the writer, so much so that his concerned wife had to intervene. What is described as a bit of a drunken larrikinesque scenario strikes me as quite perculiar behaviour for a grown man, head banging is what you might see a young child who has difficulty self-regulating doing, some children with autism do it also. His whole life would be based around self-management, makes me wonder if the weight of his crimes cannot be emotionally managed when significantly intoxicated and this little anecdote has perhaps captured a unique window into this. Or not.

Is there a possibility that underground cabling locations could conceal a body? I'm totally unfamiliar with the field so really don't know if they are 5 cms deep or 5 mtrs.

Has anyone searched unsolved murders in the NT on the basis of this? I've had a look but cannot find anything.

Also, is it interesting that there are no verified insiders in this case? I remember some from the Baden Clay threads but am not sure how normal it is to have them here.

Very interesting! The reason I draw attention to these murders that David Troy Masters was convicted of is because the rape strangulation murder was of Victoria Clarke in WA 1987 where the police linked the kimono and consistently over the years denied the kimono evidence as relating to the CSK. Masters was convicted of a second murder in the NT.
