I've stated my hypothesis many times here on WS that the French Restaurant is a possible link to how BRE and CG maybe crossed paths.

That particular section of Mossie Park is linked to other famous WA murder cases, mis-policing and sentencing of the wrong suspect.

IMO There's just bad vibes or bad energy all around the area nearby the corner of Glyde St and Stirling Highway unfortunately.

Sorry about the quality it's a copy of a copy the picture is of the safe and the rails that it moved on. On the first sweep photographs were found but no negatives, the next day when the house searched again negatives were found? sounds a bit dodgy don't you think

According to above newsletter from Mercedes College the accused's SD attended this school. It is a Catholic school run by The Sisters of Mercy. Her name is mentioned in the newsletter as a student. Under sports news. So it would seem the Catholic religion played some part in his life. MOO

I believe it was Como it was one of the first child *advertiser censored* cases I came across late 80's. But once you scratch the surface the tentacles go everywhere there's so much money in it. I was actually looking for coroner's findings put down as accidents or suicides that I believed were murders. for example how could a person commit suicide in a bath by cutting both wrists. The first cut wrist wouldn't have the strength to cut the second. It was reviewed and later became a murder case. .

Or all three girls were standing/walking alone on the street late at night and a person who presented as a Police Officer investigating streetwalkers/prostitutes detains the girls and tells them he is 'taking them to the station' to check their bonafides. Cue to the Bayen incident. It fits

I think there's only one of the five left in the Police Force now that had adverse findings by the Royal Commission, if I'm not mistaken. The junior one, Mark Emmett.
Could be wrong. Anyone know if any of the others still around?

Cottesloe cop shop is just across the railway. The restaurant might've been used for a social function or two back in the day with the coppers. Bet they'd be kicking themselves if any recognized him after his arrest.

Didn't the car that was supposed to of tail gated Julie Cutler's Fiat turn off towards Cottesloe around about there too?

No, the line doesn't go through where SMM's car was found, (or any of the bodies found around Midland as previously posted by Spinnaker), as far as I can tell. Can you please post your map if you are claiming that it does?

Sorry IC I don't have a map, as I said I used the ruler feature on Google Earth, pinned it to the Cotteslo groyne and dragged it to the Swan Districts Hospital on Eveline Rd which is where SMM's car was found. Obviously I don't know the exact location of either car to the nearest degree but according to my basic calculations, the line still passes through that intersection or so close to it were splitting hairs.
Im not computer literate when it comes to linking maps etc. so perhaps you could provide a map of what I'm suggesting and show me where I'm going wrong.
If im wrong I'm more than happy to be corrected.

Under oath a detective with knowledge of the Claremont serial killings said the killings were not random, just linked by being in attendance in Claremont. So a fair question IMO is what was linking them. Iona Presentation College was one link with most of the girls. Did the accused wife attend Iona or a Catholic College? Her family had the French restaurant only a few hundred metres from the school, so that may be a link??

Or if Iona is the connection then IMO it is relevant to look at possible links to the accused from Iona and not a silly question to wonder who the teachers or priests were between 1984 and 1995, IMO, especially when some Catholic Church Orders had high figures of sexual abuse being reported such as in the current Royal Commission.

This point that Sgt Moore makes about the girls being linked by more than just attending Claremont at night will, imo, most likely prove to be a vital aspect in the case. But, it can't be that blatant can it, if no one has uncovered it this far? Or, he was alluding to schools or similar as many have posted previously.

Did all three of the CSKs victims / suspected victims attend the same school? If so, what are the odds of 3 girls being taken randomly and all attending Iona? 1 in 30? 1 in 50? 100? Can we chalk it up as simply another CSK coincidence we have to swallow, or am I barking up the wrong tree as the 3 girls didn't attend Iona?

Sorry JackHigh, I was looking at the current hospital location, which is nowhere near the line, however the line does goes through the Swan Districts Hospital on Eveline Rd, and passes Dances road as well.

The inquest on SMM strongly suggested and did everything but allow police to arrest Donald Morey for her murder, and does not seem related to the CSK. However there was the mysterious Christian or Christine that Morey refused to reveal the identity and the fact that SMM's last location was going to Midland from mobile phone tower evidence. I wonder was there someone else in this story living in Midland that may have been involved? My opinions only.

That sounds fairly random, unless the non random part is the method of presenting as fake police.

However doesn't the statement Neil Stanbury put out say Macro Task Force at the time (in 2002) followed police procedure, interviewed him and cleared ""boot lined guy of any involvement in the CSK, after Con Bayen's report"in 2002?
