Back in 1996/1997 there was an alert regarding a man in a white ute – thought to be a commercial ute. It may have been in the media, or a note sent home from the school.

At the time, we lived in Thornlie (Forest Lakes). It was within my daughter’s initial high school years and she was offered a lift from a man in a white ute. I notified quite a few local mum’s who kept a look out.

In todays west, on the front page (well just past the Melb Cup front cover) is an article on Kerry Turner & Sarah Mc Mahon. Nip out & get copy. I bought a copy as I was putting on bets for the Melb Cup and saw that. They are looking at putting up the reward to find th killers of each case. A good idea imo.

Hi Janwa, I initially felt the same about GR but am now not so sure. As BRE has not been found guilty of anything to date, I prefer to use the name CSK in my posts. I try to keep an open mind & innocent until proven guilty etc. Have done a lot of reading about Sociopaths & Psychopaths of late. Without a doubt in my mind, the CSK was a total fecking (sic) PSYCHOPATH. I wouldn't be at all surprised at what is revealed about the perp at some point. We will probably all be very old people before any details of deaths are revealled. I seriously think this excuse for a human was capable of anything. I think they enjoyed the hunt, torture & kill.

Was the CSK a pedophile though? Finding a sworn statement that GR investigation was given to the Child Sexual Abuse unit to investigate changes my mind about whether the person responsible for the deaths of the girls was the CSK.

However it also brings to mind Droc's previous allegations on various blogs and who knows if there wasn't some connection similar to what Droc was alleging?

I've posted some information in the GR thread about the Explosives facility where the dump site is located that hasn't been discussed as far as I'm aware. Especially about the CCTV coverage from the Explosives Depot. It seems from your picture that is is very close to the perimeter fence.

But the kimono ended up having BRE's DNA on it. Was the DNA from spit from his face or DNA from somewhere else?

Here is the information, although there's reference to early news articles I'm unable to locate one of them. I wonder if it's the start of an urban myth, perhaps people have read about the Gerard Ross case (white ute) and have become confused. It's still worth looking into...

White Ute….

A couple of Websleuths and Bigfooty discussions have mentioned a white ute seen, within the area prior to the dumping of bodies - JR & CG. The discussions make reference to an early newspaper article, which I’m unable to locate. Perhaps people became confused with the Gerard Ross details.

That’s a very good question - I’ve got a strong feeling it’s from the male reproductive area, and he, whoever he may be, needed to self-serve to get himself started…

The Huntingdale bedroom would have been dark and I don’t suppose the young lady actually saw where the DNA came from.
If it’s an attempted rape, I suppose the perp. could deny he was in the young ladies bedroom. Hopefully, WAPOL gathered fingerprints from the door handle.

I suppose, when DNA is deposited inside someone it’s impossible to deny how it got there – thinking everyone gets my drift!

Perhaps the perp’s explanation could be that his DNA, was on the kimono because he used it to wipe himself and then put it on his own clothesline – and someone else stole it from his clothesline.

As the DNA of the "accused" CSK was at the crime-scene he’s got to have a good explanation why that is. It will be interesting what the actual explanation is.

I disagree. BRE is the spitting image of Eric Edgar Cooke. Both were teased when young. Both took revenge at females due to that. Both changed MO too. I was wondering why BRE did not leave a body at a particular end of a Cul de Sac. Now I now know why.

He was found very close to a far corner of the explosive storage facility, which PD has posted has reports of security fences and patrols, cctv monitoring and electronic access.

You can see the fence clearly and sealed road in the westpix crime photo when even Stakehill and Baldivis wasn't sealed at the time making it easier for patrols so why wouldn't there be cctv on the furtherest corner of the facility?
