Just come up with these possibilities and suggest them with a straw man argument to back your theory, the reason Police don't do it either is that it serves no other purpose other then creating confusion and possibly leading the investigation in the wrong direction.

This is how you investigate:
1) Determine lines of enquiries based on facts
2) Investigate those lines of enquiries to establish the facts and possibly ascertain more facts.
3) if you have a theory it must originate from the LOE and facts of the case, if it's not then before you investigate it go back to step one and establish some facts.

A prime example of how investigating a theory can gone wrong if it's not based on fact is the Taxi theory for the CSK. The amount of investigative work that went into that aspect of the investigation based upon a possible scenario, is beyond belief and a major contributor to this case remaining unsolved. In my opinion of course.

Ideas put out for discussion are not investigations...simple.

Your choice your 'prime example' is an interesting one. What about all the other theories and scenarios that have been put on here that you have participated in ?

There was once a prolific serial killer across europe. Very elusive as he had no pattern. He was murdering men, women, children all over Europe. Then the finally caught him (it was a she actually). It was the DNA tester. The tester's DNA was on all the samples.

And we don't know if the physical description was given by the victim to the newspaper or the newspaper got the description from WA police. I've seen another couple of articles that indicate someone (female) that used to work with the Sunday Times was a friend of one of the girls that got sexually attacked and something in the back of my mind tells me she was friends with the Rowe Park / Karrakatta victim so the description may have been passed on person to person to newspaper. I'll see if I can locate that article one of these days.

Both Lisa Mott and Annette Deverell were witnessed speaking to someone in a YELLOW panel van. And we don't know if the physical description was given by the victim to the newspaper or the newspaper got the description from WA police. David Birnie is known to have been working in Collie at the time of Lisa Mott's disappearance and I have obtained his 1980 Bunbury address via electoral role. Many workers from Collie used to shoot home to Bunbury on the weekends back then. Interesting description in 1st link below, of panel van driver witnessed with Deverell. I initially wondered if this could be Dorrough but the article appears to indicate the guy is still living in Qld and Dorrough is jailed in Perth isn't he -- awaiting trial ?

There was a skinny guy with shoulder length dark hair outside leaning on the post talking to a couple of dudes in the MM video.

If this is true, Sarah seemed to be very socially active and was comfortable with different men in what we now would consider to be incredibly risky situations.

To illustrate, I had a quite beautiful 19yo perfect blonde flat mate who was picked up by an older married guy on the South Perth foreshore in 1985, and who went to a motel in Bentley with him for sex. I asked her at the time why she would do such a thing. She said 'he seemed nice'. She wasn't on the pill, didn't use a condom, caught a disease, and he even said he had lost his wallet and tried to make her pay for the room. The only reason that she didn't pay was because she had no money on her. She was a uni student at Curtin and one of the best looking girls I have ever known. Perfect. Did these girls have no idea what was lurking out there?

He has been married twice in the US. one in Ohio 9 June 1989 (Jane's date in 1996 !!!) and another in Florida 1999 - can't locate the date . We also now have his date of birth 20 January 1967. I wonder if the 'battery' charge / conviction was connected to one of his wives.

The photo of him that I posted yesterday shows him decked out in leathers with a guy in the background also decked out in leathers. To me the location appears to be a car racing course. I have located a Brian Eravelly that operates a car racing team. Think his father may be a cardiologist based in KL. Alfred was schooled at International School KL.

Someone earlier mentioned they wondered if the Airline guy could be the foreign student that the police were trying to track down. I think it's definitely a possibility given Eravelly was charged with voyeurism in 2001 and part of the reason the student came under suspicion was his flatmate had caught him outside their window staring in some evenings if I remember correctly.

Then one search led to another, as it does, and I found myself reading about Lalita Horsman's murder (she was bound and suffocated) in Geraldton in 1999. Has anyone done research into this case? Robin David Macartney was convicted of her rape and murder, but there has been some contention as to the reliability of the DNA evidence. In addition to the timing, this case caught my attention due to the physical similarities between this victim and the Claremont victims. WA evidently had some serious predators on the loose around that time (and incidentally, I also wonder if there was any copycat effect at play).

Now, you may use washing line to air dry a screen printed item if Poly Prop Additive has been used- cures in air (10 mins=touch dry but 5 days is recommendend)- and is used for items not suitable for heat setting- such as polar fleece

If your a DIY screen printer... perhaps an aspiring freelance fashion designer in Perth.. you can let the print air dry first, then place the print facing up on a ironing board, place baking paper over the top and use and an iron to heat set.

So, does the CSK have some link to screen printing[1] (eg. partner who is a fashion designer) or to the screen printing industry [2]? The latter being less likely to use washing line- as used in the Karra rape

Did LW have a screen printing link? I don't see how- maybe if papertrail posted the dotpoints as promised..

There is NO identikit of Eravelly -- images are actual photographs. Great point about the identikit on WA police pinboard in background - I'd forgotten that I had picked that up previously. Was that the CIA doco or the Ferguson / Bayens doco of last year ?

Wasn't the person you are referring to a hospitality student or he worked in hospitality and he had a beard (?) -- if so, don't think it is airline guy. He appears to have come from a wealthy family so I don't think he would need to work in hospitality to support himself.

Anyone know how long the aviation courses are ? I assume he attended one of the courses based at Jandakot which is not that far from JR's Wellard site - with very easy access via Training Road Jandakot and Kwinana Freeway about 19kms apart (air distance) and about 23kms (driving distance).
