Either that or yet another lie from BLC to his female acquaintance as an excuse for being there. It seems he must have known no one would be there though... seems a bold move to cut through a padlock and enter a property without being sure nobody would be home. it's all so bizarre.

Fabrizio Cella (owner of the property being searched) says he has "no idea who Lamarre-Condon is" and no connection whatsoever. Did I read somewhere else it was another ex of BLC? Does anyone have a reference for that? Perhaps it was one of his sons?

Yes it was in The Australian

Paraphrased from the Australian

Police believe BLC was connected to the Bungonia property through a former relationship and It is believed BLC used the property because it was owned by that same former relationship partner.

Paywalled for some

Thankyou. So not all things here can be true. Either:
1. BLC lied (highly likely), but also was confident enough to enter the property by hacking into a padlock, so you would assume had prior knowledge that no one would be home..
2. It's another member of the family connected to BLC? (A son? They have two sons)
3. Fabrizio Cella does have a connection to BLC but is hiding that.
4. The Australian reported incorrectly. Also possible.

In any case though, BLC had to have known Cella was away. Not only did he enter the property, he then returned later as well.

It's the same questions I have around him entering the Paddington property. He had to have known that the housemates wouldn't be there at that time.

I read it on Friday, it was up on Google, and now everything is about the search for the bodies, so one hopes I shall find it. It mentioned Luke’s friend who met with the two men on Sunday in a bar. I wouldn’t remember the friend’s name I think surname started with “H”. The bar might be known locally, but not to me. When they left, the friend texted to Luke that Jesse was a lovely person. (Person, not a celebrity.) I should be able to find it eventually because I remember the question I Googled, and it was a good source, just pushed down.
Is it this article? NSW police boss says couple's alleged murder by cop 'distressing'

Davies' friend Tom Stephenson was with the pair at the Beresford pub in Surry Hills on Sunday night.
"Luke was his normal bubbly, energetic, charismatic, friendly, warm self and Jesse was exactly the same," Stephenson told 9News.
"Luke did message me when I got home and he said, 'Jesse says you're really lovely' or something to that effect.
"I said, 'Jesse seems like a perfect guy'."

No words :(

Mr Hudson said a female acquaintance, who is assisting police, was in the car with the alleged killer but he said she was unaware there were likely two bodies in the back.

Police have said officers are likely to continue doing routine property line searches throughout Monday afternoon once the divers exit the water before 2pm.

They won’t be returning to the dams.

It is understood police have not located any bodies at this stage.

It does seem to be almost 'deliberate' to take the female acquaintance with him, perhaps thus informing police with incorrect information. We know BLC bought weights after he had been there earlier with his acquaintance, and then returned later, I'm assuming to move the bodies and dispose of them elsewhere.

They could be anywhere. Just vile.

Either that or he's disposed of them much earlier, BEFORE he even took his female friend anywhere, before the weights were purchased and before he drove to Bungonia, and just knows enough about police work to be deliberately leaving a trail for them to follow in the wrong areas. Sick, sick individual. Anything really is possible here.

I wonder what he told her he was doing at the time. How could one not be suss at being left for 30 min while a cop does something secretly?

"The acquaintance was left at the top of the property for a period of about 30 minutes, the accused disappeared for that period in the HiAce van before returning to pick up the acquaintance and then they returned to Sydney later."

Deputy Commissioner Hudson alleged police believe Lamarre-Condon may have disposed of Mr Baird and Mr Davies' remains at that time, with the constable having purchased weights at a department store around 11pm that evening which authorities believe he may have used to ensure the bodies were hidden.

A young, skinny cop in jail on a double murder? I’m sure he’ll have quite a few takers in jail… As long as he is sentenced for as long as he should be (once officially found guilty) then I’m sure he’ll feel the full force of our prison system.
JMO.

- No need to push the full force of the prison system. First, it is not going to bring back Jesse and Luke
- also, one wonders about cops who come from “failed actors” pool. (I remember Michael Valva, the father of Thomas Valva). The anger, the envy, the fight for control, it might fill in the psyche and make the person look less shallow than he is. Once Beau he is forgotten, and he will be, in the news, too, the inner emptiness will take over. There is nothing good ahead of him.

Originally I thought this would be a fairly simple case once the details came out.

But it just keeps getting weirder and weirder. And worse and worse.
Yes, worse. Very depraved. Jesse and Luke sadly didn’t stand a chance IMO… they were on this psycho’s radar.
This case is sooo disturbing.

JLC seems to have deliberately left red herrings everywhere.

The more we read, the more of a twisted and sick individual he seems to be.

This was pre-planned IMO and just as much planning has gone into the disposal of the bodies post mortem.

Definitely put on a lot of muscle then. I wonder if he had some pharmaceutical help, the kind that is notorious for causing anger issues/mood swings. Could be a contributing factor?
I would say steroids for sure. It takes considerable time to go from stick to that, give it 3-4 years of solid progress. He seemed to have exploded in size in the last year.

I wonder if he was wearing his uniform or even just a shirt indicating police so if he did encounter the property owner or someone else, he could bluff his way well enough to say he was on "official" business of some sort? Maybe just flashing his badge or credentials if needed.

Imo.

Agree. The footage of him at police HQ handcuffed is very telling. He strides ahead of the police escorting him as if HE is leading THEM. It was infuriating to watch. A person who appeared to have no shame and a need for control and power JMO
People in custody always walk in front, and as a cop, he would know that. It's for safety of the officers and control of the subject. It makes sense, if you think about it.

MOO
