Last night I found myself watching a show about Living Dolls and the men who engage in what's described as that 'fetish'. Never heard of it before, although I'd seen the occasional mention of men whose chosen partners are life-size (lately, child size) sex dolls
The Living Doll fetish also called 'Dolling', involves the wearing of full-body, latex women's bodies, complete with fully-jiggle-able breasts and anatomically correct vaginas. Anuses can be installed for those wishing them. And the latex suits come complete with built-in pouch in which to store the male users' genitals. A catheter can also be customized into the woman-suit in order the male wearer can experience peeing as a woman
The Living Doll fetishists wear ‘doll faces’ with exaggerated mouths and eyes. On top go wigs and women’s clothing. Most of us wouldn’t be seen dead looking like the finished product. I’m not sure, but I think the aim might be to look like those blow-up sex dolls or possibly, one-cent hookers. Says a lot about how some men regard real women
One of the Living Dolls was a man in his 70s. You need to watch it. When his daughter’s away, the elderly man struggles into his Living Doll suit amidst tons of talcum powder. The Living Doll has padded arms and legs, bit of cellulite, womanly hips and of course, jiggly breasts. He completes his transformation with a long blonde wig and gold bikini. Then he sets up his tripod and camera and photographs himself. His excitement is obvious. He says at his age, the women he dates are in their 50s and 60s and pale in comparison to himself in the doll suit. He removes his bikini top and swims around in his pool, fondling his fake breasts. Says he doesn’t need women when he ‘is’ or ‘has’ his living doll
The Living Doll fetishists attend conferences. Has to be seen to be believed. I’m not sure at this point if they slip into their chosen female persona as women complete with ‘women’s voices’, or if only some of them do. Those who spoke to camera say they’re ordinary, heterosexual males – many with children and wives. Videos I watched on Youtube reveal that some are their ‘own woman’. In other words, being a woman satisfies their need for a relationship with a woman. I think one said he enjoyed the control of both being and having a woman via his doll persona
Wonder if Australian prison psychologists and administrators are familiar with the Living Doll/Dolling phenomenon and if so, can they, like me, see it as an answer to the misogyny that permeates the epidemic of violence and murder being perpetrated on Aussie women?
Roughly defined, misogyny is hatred of women. I’d go further and describe it as jealousy and envy of women. Almost all the Living Doll/Dolling fetishists said they did it for attention. They enjoy the attention it brings them. They don’t get that sort of attention in their everyday lives, apparently. Of course it’s a lot more complex than that – their choosing to look like transvestite hookers/blow up sex dolls being just one element. Receiving the attention normally relegated to trashy looking women definitely answers some of their needs however. And Germany, generally regarded as an authoritarian society, is the largest consumer of Living Doll latex suits, apparently
Maybe if Karen’s violent, sadistic, woman-hating, women-envying killer (and those like him) were allowed to parade around in Living Doll suits, it would alleviate their jealousy of women and girls and women would be safe in their homes and on the streets? I think it’s something that needs to be explored. The Living Doll suits plus wigs, heels and a few tramp-outfits would be achievable for under $4000. A lot cheaper than prison, policing, psychologists and courts
The female is the default mode for ALL embryos initially. Then hormonal washes modify 49% of them, at which point they branch off to become male. Maybe the modification is only skin-deep with some? Maybe they retain some deep memory of being female and subconsciously resent the fact that they ended up ‘male’ while their sisters did not – the end result being barely suppressed hatred/jealousy of biological females?
The establishment is still in denial, basically, that all embryos commence as female, despite the science. The media rarely mentions it and most men (and some women) froth with rage when the matter is raised. No wonder then that society chooses to blame misogyny on women, women’s behavior, failed relationships, ‘stress’, ‘propensity to violence’ and a raft of other causes. Rarely do you find psychiatrists admitting that misogyny has its roots in envy and jealousy. And misogynists/women haters themselves will find a 100 excuses to explain why they’re filled with pathological hatred of women and just looking for an excuse to vent it
I think violent offenders against women of all ages should be provided the opportunity to dress as the trash caricatures of women they seem to prefer. They should be provided safe-rooms where they can stagger around on five inch heels with their redder than red wigs and fake breasts and giggle and hug as they did in the Living Dolls show. It may well save hundreds of women from misogynists’ violence and murderous fantasies
