Thinking of poor Karen tonight. I was so hoping we would have an arrest today.

Same here Westside. I listen to the morning and nightly news hoping there's an arrest but still nothing.

What kind of a holiday is 'the only child' having and what will she be coming home to, if she ever wants to come home.

The only person that's made mention of Karen's one year anniversary is Ant.
Sad really

Ex-Ristevski continues to vacate property

A Tullamarine property until recently occupied by the fashion business of Borce Ristevski – ...........................................................................– has become available for lease.

The Avondale Heights businessman once owned the asset – paying Salta $430,000 for it in 2006 and selling it in 2012 for $588,500 on a leaseback to the investor who then became his landlord. The 414 square metre unit at 15/85-91 Keilor Park Drive, registered to numerous businesses associated with the Ristesvki couple, has for more than a year been leased to another occupant, which has now vacated.

In recent months, Bella Bleu's last remaining shopfront at the Watergardens shopping centre, in Taylors Lakes, was closed. This follows the shutting of two stores in the period before Karen disappeared – at Broadmeadows Shopping Centre and 19 Puckle Street, Moonee Ponds – the latter which still has shop branding attached.

Good find with the article, soso! Even more business dealings!

Google says this is the shop in Moonee Ponds. Image from September 2016. Closing down sale.
Not sure what they mean about the shop branding. Sketa?

Do Uber cars have tracking? Do they show the customer how far their ride is away via an app?

Maybe Karen's Merc was the only untraceable option.

Once they have connected and agreed on the ride, the customer can track where their Uber ride is.

But Borce would have had to log in as 'available' as an Uber driver, and accept the customer request before that could happen.

I guess the Uber internal audit would have been trying to establish when/if he had logged in as available, and then when/if he accepted any customers during that (relevant) time.

So did this other occupant take over in July 2014? That is certainly more than a year.
There was a bit going on around that period. Korce - deregistered. Broadmeadow Bella Bleu store opening.

H'mm, are we thinking the persons of interest in this case may also be preparing to vacate the country?🤔

n an earlier photo of the industrial property above, listed for sale, there appears to be a black sports car parked outside. Is this 'the' black Mercedes? If the industrial address is googled a number of links will come up, and one of these contains the photo I mention.

Fantastic sleuthing SoSo, Sth Aussie, KG1 and Pi Thoughts! The more we know about BR and his 'business dealings', we're a step closer to the completion of the puzzle to what happened that night/day and what married life was like for Karen.
An arrest is coming soon everyone, no fear, John Edwards was arrested without a body, it took 2 yrs, it won't be much longer for BR.

Insp. Day also revealed her husband Borce Ristevski “remains a suspect” in the year-long investigation, adding Mr Ristevski had not been shown the vision and was likely only viewing it today.
“I’ll leave others to judge what makes him a suspect, but all I can say is he remains a suspect,” he said.

Mr Ristevski, 53, has vehemently denied any involvement in his wife's disappearance and murder.
He told detectives in August the mother-of-one vanished after an argument over a few hundred dollars. He stressed his wife had not "done a runner" over their finances.
