The car belongs to his parents . House is well kept and side gate was open as well do definitely the occupants still live there.

I would certainly read Websleuths if I were a criminal and do worry about that aspect of posting here, didn't for ages, but ultimately the desire to help is irresistible. His defence will say he has been tried by social media I'm sure of it.

38 Elphinstone Street does not look like a transport business either. I'd love to know where the mistress lives, as I feel sure he will have one! If I'm right, she has managed to keep a low profile so far. She is the missing link! This is absolutely supposition on my part, but given the profile we have developed of him between us all, I think it is likely and I feel she will know a lot! Could SHE be the one who hasn't made a statement so the truth can come out?? JMO etc etc.

He seems to be associated with a lot of addresses with the number 23 :thinking:
I suspect another woman in his life too. He doesn't seem remotely troubled by the loss of his beautiful wife.

Yep , some of his businesses are just linked to residential addresses. I suppose if the businesses set up don't need a shop front trading place it just gets linked to "one of" your residential addresses.
Are we sure he has a mistress? Was this based on seeing him with the "lady" at the supermarket. Was there some sort of intimacy which indicated she wasn't a relo.
 
Anyone done a tinder search on him? I don't want to even try coz I'll prob get hit with spam .

Only "sure" as in his personality type and potential motive. Nothing solid at all as far as I know moreinfo. I'm also relying heavily on feminine intuition and understanding of men of his calibre. Could be totally wrong.

Also elphingstone street addy ph. No. is D Ristevski .
Could it be that Borces parents (live local to this address) own a few properties and their kids (Borce , Vasko not sure if they have others) have used it just for business listing purposes . I "think" Vasko has a daughter beginning with D, maybe she resides here now in west Footscray .

I've never looked into Tinda, I'd prefer not to look him up, I'll loose my dinner.
I really doubt he's there, he would've had the woman before Karen was murdered. IMO.
 
Maybe the casino is his mistress. I am not sure where the rumours of a gambling habit originated but, if true, it would certainly put a strain on the marriage.
And if he was having an affair, being an Uber driver would provide plenty of opportunities and excuses to be out of the house at all hours IMO.
