I do not believe Chris changed his story, I think he has done a bad job of clarifying.

I agree. When I am under an extreme amount of pressure, my mind goes numb and I can't think or talk straight. Media reports aren't always 100% accurate either and reporters can be bias.

IMO, if Chris wanted to abduct his daughter, he would have waited until his feet healed which normally takes 6-8 weeks after an operation. I think it would be too painful to pedal a bike or walk too far after your toes were amputated. Police can obtain Chris's medical records to verify his alibi and talk to his doctor. It should come as no surprise to Chris and his mother that members of Kristi’s camp are trying to pin the blame on him. Remember what Kylie Marshall, a friend of Kristi's mother told police after Kiesha’s disappeared? Did Police find out if Chris even owns a gun? KM's allegation seems completely unfounded since Chris was not interfering in Kristi and Robert's lives.

The Mods have given me the okay to post some of the information I got from my source who has mutual friends with kristi and Rob .(Thanks mods- you rock!)

My source was the first one on the scene for our search on Saturday, and I was the second, so we had a good chance to sit down and chat while waiting for the others. The information she shared with me, was between us only. She did not share it with the other searchers, and she also gave me the okay to post these details here, as long as I kept her name out of it.

She has lived in the area her entire life, so knows it, and the people well.

Firstly, she alleges that there was a party at the unit the night before Kiesha went missing.

Which brings up a load of extra questions. Like who was there? Did anyone stay the entire night? Could someone at the alleged party have harmed or taken Kiesha?
Could this be what the new psychics mean when they say they feel that other members of the community know more, but aren't talking?

(Btw, I included this info about the alleged party in the email I sent to police after the search).

Secondly, the mutual friends allegedly say that while they don't think Robert or Kristi would kill Kiesha, at the same time they wouldn't put it past them. So even their friends are on the fence. (except Ms Marshall of course).

Thirdly: For the friends who have been to the unit, they claim that Kieshas room was very bare, with just a bed and dresser. No girly decorations, and very few toys. (I didn't ask about the other kids bedrooms though, to be able to see if all of them were as bare as Kiesha's)

Now we can speculate on why this may be the case.

Was it because they didn't care enough about Kiesha's feelings/surroundings to decorate her room?
Or could it just be that they couldn't afford to add a few decorations and trinkets to make the room have a girly princess atmosphere on their budget?

(This could be where the info that there were none of Kieshas clothes in the house came from, but it was distorted/misconstrued)

Next up is that Kristi and Rob were allegedly regulars at the local pub (wonder where the kids were when they were there), and that they were known as 'party people', IYKWIM.

And that Kristi was intimidating. This is the second local who has told me Kristi was intimidating (independent of each other)- even to the female adults who look like they can hold their own.

IMO, this point about being regulars as the local pub, could tie into those mysterious money deposits in theory, knowing personally what goes on in these pubs, and based on the earlier media reports about alllegations of substance abuse in the family. Maybe they were working a second job, just an illegal one IYKWIM.
That's a possible theory regarding the $ deposits in my opinion only.

Finally, the person who gave me these details, is still not fully convinced that Rob or Kristi are responsible for Kiesha's disappearance, so it doesn't appear she has an axe to grind with them.

Oh, and another thing, I forgot to mention with the mods, but I'm pretty sure it's safe to say, is that there was an eyewitness who claims they saw a car with a boat attached that had stopped in the area we searched, around the time Kiesha went missing.

Also, just to go to this persons credibility, I want to add that she has had contact with the local police and detectives, and has been forwarding all the information she knows to them.

Based on what I know about psychics, they will only do a reading if someone contacts them and asks for their help. Karamia Folaumoeloa & Jacqui Lees said they contacted Kiesha and they believe she died when an argument broke out between her and either Robert or Kristi when Kiesha stood up for herself, and Kiesha's younger sister witnessed the event. If this is true, it is understandable why Kiesha&#8217;s mother would not want to contact the psychics for help.

UPDATE: 11am. DETECTIVES are questioning the father of missing six-year-old Kiesha Abrahams again after obtaining "fresh evidence" last night.

Chris Weippert was escorted to Mt Druitt police station just before 10am this morning, his face covered with a hood.

Police have not yet released information on what their breakthrough is.

The day Kiesha was reported missing by her mother Kristi Abrahams and stepfather Robert Smith, Mr Weippeart said he was at home with his mother and later went to a mate's place to get a tattoo.

Trail bike riders came across the skeletal remains in a heavily wooded area of the forest, known as Dalys Waterhole, about 3.15pm on Sunday. It is understood the bones were exposed and lying on the ground in an area off a bush track.

They were found a short distance from a fire trail, beside a large fallen tree.

A crime scene was set up and specialist forensic officers called in while a search was conducted until nightfall.

A more extensive search of surrounding bushland is in progress.

However, former assistant commissioner Clive Small, who was the lead investigator in the Milat killings, said he was skeptical about the remains found on Sunday because Milat buried his victims well away from fire trails.

"In this case ... the remains were right beside the trail," Mr Small said.

"That would be inconsistent with the pattern that Milat had used."

Mr Small said the search for the remains of Milat's victims during the 90s had been extensive.

"The bodies that Ivan was charged with were in a relatively small area," he said.

"It was a very comprehensive search. There were several hundred police involved.

"So I wouldn't say we missed anything at this stage.

"We will have to wait and see."

I'm pretty sure the skull found at Belanglo was completely unrelated to the Kiesha case, poss connection to 'The Backpacker Murders' from the '90s, time will tell.

Very interesting Butwhatif above...thank you for that........especially the party held the night before......that really opens up alot more possibilities doesnt it???? I hope the police were aware of this and checked out everyone that went to it.......also is probably the reason the door was left open.....

Also can someone clarify about the tattoo dad got......did he get it the same day his daughter (that he hasnt seen since she was 2) go missing??? I find that too much of a coincidence, unless he got it BECAUSE she went missing...but even then I think he is jumping the gun a bit........

LOL- So true! I thought of the same thing just after I posted it. And sometimes the pain of getting a tat is therapeutic. Is also a good way of dissociating, from my personal experience.


And revampz, both of the articles state he got the tat on the first of August, which is the day Kiesha was reported missing.

Police spoke to him at 10:45am to notify him of the disappearance, he spent some time with his mum, then later went to his mates or a tattoo salon (depending on which report you read) to get the tat.

But I was just speculating that it may have been the Kiesha tattoo....It may have been something entirely different, and just something he did as a distraction from the worry or something fun to do after being stuck in hospital for so long.

Maybe that first day, he thought it was just a misunderstanding with babysitting arrangements or something...then as the days went by, the harsh reality set in.

ETA: It was August 5th that the article came out with Chris saying he didn't think Kiesha would be found alive.

The last week has been warming up, but before that it was pretty cold....and gets colder as you head down in that direction (to belanglo forest). Every time I pass it on the long trip to my mums place in the country I get shivers....but not just from the temperature.

The last article I posted, the lead investigator who investigated Ivan Milat who committed the Backpack Murders... does NOT think this body is one of his victims.

However, butwhatif has reminded me that I already knew it's been winter there. So, odds are that a body out in the elements for only a month would not be skeletonized yet. I think it's safe to assume it's not Kiesha for that reason.

Unless of course one was dealing with animals in the forest...

I was just getting ready to go research what animals it has.

Then I realized that I just changed surgical dressings on a 6 inch incision, cleaned up vomit after he saw his own incision, took out the garbage, did the dishes and now I'm finally trying to eat. Though I do have a very strong stomach, I probably shouldn't push my luck analyzing animal activity and decomposition tonight, as I might starve. :angel: (Oh isn't my life exciting! lol)

Anyway... I also think it's safe to assume this isn't Kiesha as the people who found the body said it looked "too big to be an animal" after initially thinking it might be Kangaroo before they saw the skull. So that says adult to me. They would be able to tell if it was a child's skull.

Will be interesting to see the outcome here...as far as animals go apart from our own natural species which do not eat meat for the most part there are likely feral dogs, cats, and foxes in the forrest, so enough predators to cause a lot of damage in a short period of time. (If you can afford to be a 'regular' at the local pub, you can afford to give your little girl a few toys and one or 2 colorful pictures/paint on her walls. This could possibly inch towards neglect. Unless they were significantly poor, this seems odd.)

6. History of substance abuse/pub regulars/party-hard people (according to friends). This may show lack of judgement or neglect of their children.

7. Possible developmental delay of Keisha's sister, according to police. (Possible neglect led to poor development of Bxxx)

As I have said a few times now... I believe that Kristi likely has anger management issues, poor coping skills and virtually no impulse control. The more that comes out about her, the more it only strengthens my belief.

Which is why this article made me want to puke.

Kristi has left town with her other two children, presumably that would mean she is now their main caregiver without friends helping.

That should terrify everyone.

It doesn't matter that she is already under scrutiny. That will only RAISE her stress level and make her MORE likely to lose what little control she has.

She doesn't think "You little brat, you bit me so I'm going to bite you to show you how it feels." Or she would also think "Hard enough to hurt, but not hard enough to get me in trouble." She just does it the instant she feels the pain of being bitten, she lashes out in rage.

I hope they hurry up and make an arrest.

I hope Rob is watching her and not leaving her alone with those kids.

I hope that the kids are perfect...no crying, sleeping through the night, no getting sick.

I hope they find Kiesha...

Yes, I totally agree with you. Both Lxxx and Bxxx should be taken and placed in foster care due to the mother's history of committing a violent act upon Kiesha and the fact the outcome of Axxx post-mortem examination isn't clear. It is important to note that it was Ms. Abrahams who found Axxx dead in his crib. Unfortunately, it appears the Coroner&#8217;s office did not do a thorough investigation into the cause of Axxx death contrary to what they said in their defence after Kiesha was reported missing.

I'm sorry to say it, but I just don't trust the Smiths and Abrahams at all.

And I agree that it's very concerning that they have moved further away from their usual DoCS case workers, who had allegedly visited them at least a few times in recent weeks.

Hopefully they had to leave a forwarding address with police and they will be checked on by the DoCS case workers in Canberra.

Someone needs to be watching out for those kids.

Good post! 'Kiesha only attended 5 days of school in 8 months' could be added to that list too.

If little B appears very immature for her age per Inspector Oxford, I wonder if he has arranged an assessment for her? I'd like to think they have. Surely they can't just overlook it?

Just to see if it's a legitimate developmental delay, or from abuse/trauma/neglect.

This is unbelievable news. Those two people with a baby and a young child, out and on the loose, I can only hope that police have them under surveillance. If we are suspicious, multiply that tenfold for the police - they aren't stupid. I would bet my last dollar they are being watched.
