Pretty happy for a man on trial for murder. And, as always, she is sneaking a peek to make sure she is being photographed!

Wow, she sure is, isn't she?

More inconsistencies - this time regarding Lisa jumping from a moving car. "on one occasion, jumping from a moving car" - "occasionally jumped out of moving cars" - "tried to jump from a moving car on several occasions"

Mr Strickland told the court on Monday that Ms Harnum had a "vulnerable personality" and had previously engaged in risk-taking and destructive behaviour, such as running through busy traffic on George Street in the Sydney CBD, and on one occasion, jumping from a moving car.

Giving evidence on Tuesday, he painted a picture of a tumultuous relationship, in which he said Ms Harnum frequently got annoyed over small incidents and occasionally jumped out of moving cars.

"On one occasion, the 30-year-old former ballerina, who had converted to Catholicism for him, confessed to a priest.

'Simon asked her to tell him everything she had told the priest,' Ms Richmond told the trial on Wednesday.

'She said she should not confess to anyone but him ... he was her confidante."

This is such a sad case and a total waste of a beautiful girl's life at the hands of this . I wonder how much RL is being paid for her latest acting role? So false, the pair of them! I think she should locate a copy of 25 March 1994 edition of The Sydney Morning Herald. And she should be very nervous if SG starts nibbling her ear!

Lock the <modsnip> up and throw away the key!

No doubt further info will be released once the trial is over but the 1994 "bit off ear" report may be related to this.

The crown told the court Mr Gittany had a "history of violent offences", including malicious wounding and assaulting police, for which he was sentenced to two years' periodic detention. He had breached his parole conditions.

I just searched the SMH archives (Friday, March 25, 1994 - Page: 3) for SG and saw the piece saying "Man 'bit off ear'". :notgood:

I guess to read the full story you'd have to visit a library, "purchase a subscription to view the articles in full" or wait until the trial is over for more info.

As it has been mentioned in court I feel it's okay to post it here.

I should add that I have access to e-resources on the State Archives site because I hold a library card. Library cards are free and can be applied for online.
