- The DPP's recent decision today's arrest is due to 2 additional pieces of evidence (witness statements) which were identified during Operation Scriven. These statements were a by-product of media coverage (TTP Podcast) and were taking since April 2018

- 70 year old man came quietly from the Gold Coast and is currently awaiting extradition to Sydney which is expected in the coming days where he is expected to be charged with murder of Lynnette Dawson
