The reason he can't say he married Ilona in 1969 just weeks before they arrived in Aus is because it paints a recurring picture that he 'changes names, marries, travels'.

He's trying to disguise this behaviour to suggest it's not a scam but genuine love, and because it is too close to what we know he did with Marion.

He did the same with actual wife – the story they met in 1970 and not just before their 1976 marriage. The story he met Marion and had an affair in the 1960's. All to to imply longevity and real relationships not scams. IMO

Mishy I missed the beginning of todays proceedings, apologies ......Were the children from Marriage 1, 2, or 3???? Guessing marriage 1 as did he say he was only married a few weeks for marriage 2????And marriage 3 is is with IK that we are just getting into....... (she arrived in Sydney and he arrived in Perth...... odd to say the least .....)
