And the BS goes on..
Mr McGrath said Kelsall denied following Mr Huxley home, but
claimed to have noticed him on the street that night while he was walking back to the cooking school to check if he had left a light on.
"It's the crown case that he lied about his contact with Morgan Huxley," the prosecutor said.
He said police found the victim's blood on the shoulder bag Kelsall was carrying that night and that the accused man's fingerprints and DNA were found in Mr Huxley's unit.
He said there was evidence the accused touched Mr Huxley sexually while he was asleep or drunk.
Kelsall had told doctors he had thoughts about killing someone with a knife on the way home "for the thrill of it" and that he could "hide the body", the prosecutor said.
The jurors were told they would hear evidence about Mr Huxley's problems at work and that he had a jealous ex-girlfriend.
They were told they would be taken to places around Neutral Bay that are referred to in the evidence.
Defence barrister Christopher Watson said Kelsall would give evidence at the trial.
He said there was no proof Kelsall followed or targeted Mr Huxley and "no knives have been found" despite a significant search of the Neutral Bay area.

Will they *seriously* try to contend a jealous ex killed Morgan? And Kelsall was lurking in the alley, in full view of Morgan at the pub, then ran after him down the street -- on the way to check for lights left on.
That's some terrible lawyering, right there.
