I'm not saying this guy who previously lived in the house has anything to do with Tias murder but how freaky that his older sister was kidnapped murdered and found in a river when she was 13 (he was 10 at the time)

Its a spooky coincidence...??
He said that he only knew her name because of the media. Maybe because of the similarity of his sister, it has stuck in his mind.
But out of all the houses to be searched there is someone attached to these people who died in a similar way?

I hope the police are looking into people connected to this family, ie a relative or friend who was about when his sister was murdered and who also subsequently migrated to Australia.

No more information on Tiah's killer in more than a month? I wonder how the investigation's progressing. Anyone?

Hopefully the silence of investigators means they have someone in their sights...

The mother of murdered schoolgirl Tiahleigh Palmer has launched her own campaign in an effort to help catch her daughter's killer, six months after the 12-year-old's body was found.

Cyndi Palmer handed out wristbands reading 'Justice 4 Tiahleigh' at the 12-year-old's former school today.

I saw vision of Cyndi handing out wristbands (and flyers?) onn the ABC last night too, tgy.

For all of her admitted (and past) mistakes as a parent, she is surely showing her mettle. Good on you, Cyndi, you are proving you are Tiah's champion. Justice 4 Tiahleigh!

Logan mother Cyndi Palmer has launched a fresh appeal for information, almost seven months after her 12-year-old daughter Tiahleigh was found murdered on the banks of the Pimpama River.

Ms Palmer has launched the “Justice 4 Tiahleigh” campaign, which will see four buses plastered with images of Tiahleigh’s face, in a bid to raise awareness.

The buses will circulate around Marsden State High where Tiahleigh was last seen, following routes around Brisbane CBD and travelling as far out as Springfield and Beaudesert.

“To be honest, it’s getting harder, not easier,” Ms Palmer told reporters today.

“I want answers for what happened to my daughter.”

'Detective Superintendent Dave Hutchinson said police had received about a dozen pieces of information after purple wristbands were handed out outside Marsden State High School over a week ago.

"The response from the public has slowed down, but we had about another dozen pieces of information since last week," he said.

"There are people out there who know what happened and we want them to come forward.

"I would remind people about the reward and indemnity.

"They must be thinking about it and we want them to come forward."'
