If the wife called it in after feeling the pressure from the 60 minutes interview, that inconvenient question may not be answered in MSM. IMO

But if the ex-wife called it in after the 60 Minutes interview, who initially told the police that the car had been disposed of? If it was AJ, surely the police would also have asked the ex-wife about it. She could have told them right there and then where it was but the police only learned about it from a call in after the 60 Minutes interview.

Wonder if BS went home a little tipsy as well.....

Maybe .... he thought he had been to that house when it came on the news. Forgot that he had a message about actually being there.
imo

I think if they seized a computer that belonged to BS and there was child porography on it and other evidence he would of been charged by now, because police can always add to any other charges as the investigation goes on can't they?

But if someone else had access to the computer too and LE couldn't prove who was responsible for the child *advertiser censored* then they couldn't charge anyone for it.

I would normally say yes....but in an active missing child case... I would think the police would play dumb and act like they hadn't found anything on the computer.....As they would want every possibility of finding that child alive.

Charging him right there on the spot for child *advertiser censored* (ABUSE) .....what would that get him...these days??

If he was involved in a ring and had handed William off to another person.... which may have been the case / at that stage I don't think they were sure??...

But arresting him at that point wouldn't have been of any help if they hoped William was still alive...

They had their eye on him...he wasn't going anywhere...

I'm thinking bigger picture than the usual slap on the wrists these guys get for downloading stuff was more important.

Agree Puggle.

Yes AJ was interviewed in the prison in April. Wasn't his mate charged for historical offences in April?
Coincidence?

Ahhh... but think chronological .... think back to how the events have unfolded..

When did Bill Spedding come to their attention?
When did the Raids on his Office and Home take Place?

Then we hear Paedophile ring... Mention of a certain group..

I think the weakest link and possibly the least involved....was a little rat (Thankfully) that turned on his mates to save his own skin...Volunteer of the year!!...touching up little girls whilst driving them to the shop to get lollies ARRRGGG.... makes me sick how freakin cliché his tactics were...scum!!

Yes. you would think so.

She kicked him out of the family home in Wauchope after learning of the shocking allegations.

Good for her! So glad she is not sticking by his side. I applaud this woman!!!!

Police received information about where it (station wagon) was after 60 Minutes revealed investigators were looking for two cars, a white station wagon and a grey sedan, spotted on Benaroon Drive in Kendall as William played outside.

So police knew AJ had a white station wagon and just could not locate it. I now see what Jubelin meant by "Strategic". Wonder if the gray car was given away also.

BBM. As cars have VIN numbers that are recorded with registered vehicles I can't understand why it would be hard to trace. Unless it was unregistered.

Yes, yes he pleaded guilty because he didn't want to go to prison. hmmm

If BS owns it, he gets charged.

interesting if the detective really did confirm this woman maggie was right with her description.....

Maggie said the man she believes is the abductor was known to William's parents, was aged in his 30s and 'walked with his hands on his back pockets'.

She said he had drawn or sunken facial features and prominent eyes. She had sent all of her material to detectives investigating the case.
'When I spoke with one of them, she confirmed that I had "one thing right" in my description of him.
'I also said there was an underworld or drug connection and she said yes that was right too.

It's not this poor bloody guy that 'fizzchick' is referring to is it bearbear?

I think this is the same man (in the washed out blue t-shirt):

No offence meant to you, dear bearbear, as this is an MSM story regarding William's disappearance but this well-meaning man was a member of GM's community and genuinely wanted to help search for him. This so-called psychic nearly had him crucified, along with the neighbour who just happened to report him to police (and post his photo all over the web); much, much later.

I have had an extremely strange dream about who took William (and where) but I don't believe I'm psychic and didn't send a letter with a detailed description to LE. They have enough to do.

I come from the Harry Houdini school of thought about psychics, especially now when they drum up business on social media; they are charlatans IMO.

Yes Bohemian, it's the same guy, and he's off limits here. Who is fizzchick?

Just a heads up for everyone. Discussing psychics etc is also off limits here.

Am I seeing a different colour white paint on the front of this car?
The front guards look like they have newer paint compared to the doors.
Did it have some recent damage? Who or what did it hit?

http://www.news.com.au/national/nsw...history-of-crime/story-fnii5s3x-1227553873259

Hard to see. Might the SOCOs have examined it for evidence (ie, fingerprints, DNA) before it was moved (black dust on doors?) I would think so, depending when the car was given to neighbour, and whether it had been driven or stored since that date.

Just my pet name for psychics. I know he's off-limits. Just wanted to draw attention to that fact.

The Toyota Camry S/W has new style plates on it but that doesn't mean it's registered.

Fizzchick, LOL. Never heard that one before. Yes, I know you're aware that poor bloke is off limits. It's all good.

That's what I am thinking. It was registered to AJ's wife (or wasn't it?) Then when 'given' to a neighbor for whatever reason (to hide IMO) it was not registered in the neighbors name.

You probably have. The red-headed secretary on Hey Dad!; "I must be fizzchick!" The ultimate dyslexic Mrs Malaprop.

Or it simply sat idle and unregistered at the neighbour's place. Perhaps AJ (or whoever) told the police that the car had been disposed of knowing full well that it was unregistered and difficult to trace.
