To say that because there is nothing in the media means that they're not working on his case anymore or that because Jubelin works on another murder case (which is his JOB) that he doesn't care about anything but his media image is offensive to the great work being done by NSW Police, who I will always defend, knowing people who are NSW cops I know they're professional, hard-working, caring people.

I don't think the police have not done their job, however, I do believe they have no idea where he is nor who took him.
I do not believe he is still alive but very happy if I am wrong.

In my Opinion, no way are we giving up on William ( and in no way are we giving up in the best interests of our children - much as it seems the mainstream of society has forgotten that 'the head rots from the top'.)Also IMO, the heroically perceived pretty boy 'Jubilin' needs to get real in regards to answers & salvation for William (seems that he is pretty good at making the Media ) but Is he really delivering solutions ?? His hand up again for another issue but where do we see his results ?

What you have to understand here is that Gary Jubelin (pretty or not) is the NSW Homicide Detective Inspector. Under his command task forces are set up to investigate the numerous homicide and suspected homicide cases in NSW and he oversees them all. A specialist task force (Task Force Rosann) was established to investigate William's disappearance with many specialist detectives specifically chosen to join the investigation. That investigation is ongoing. While Gary Jubelin fronts the media, Task Force Rosann is getting on with the job. IMO your description of Gary Jubelin is a bit harsh and unnecessary. Some women find him attractive. So what? And no, he hasn't put his hand up again for another issue! As the NSW Homicide Detective Inspector, that is his job. In plain speak, he's the boss. And what a bloody thankless job it is!

As sad as it is I think this thread is finished until something new comes up. Time to move on. Heart breaking but true. Take care.

I don't think this 'thread' is finished at all, regardless of whether 'something new comes up' (from where btw?) Isn't our reason for joining WS to find those 'something news' (clues) that may help to find William (a vulnerable and missing almost-5 year old boy) rather than tap out negative commentary for his parents and loved ones to read or wait for the media to spoonfeed us snippets of information they deem 'newsworthy'? You may wish to 'move on' but many people can't or won't. I wish you well commenting on other 'threads' but please remember all of them are in regard to someone's missing or murdered loved ones and they (and the police investigating those crimes) do read them. Namaste.

Makara, you and I have sometimes differed in our opinions but you are now my 'soul sister'. I couldn't agree with you more. Thank you for your dedication to William, and your passion for the work of DI Gary Jubelin and Task Force Rosann.

One of my favourite quotes Bo, and one that is very apt in this case I feel.
Those billboards still up are they??? Someone knows something. And someone could very easily speak up and end the misery. If they were a decent human being...

I love this quote too. Succint and apt in William's particular circumstances.

I'm not sure about the billboards, Inspector. There could be information about their locations on the 'Where's William?' website or their FB page.

Somebody must know 'something'. It may be a niggling feeling such as a change in their loved one's, friend's, neighbour's, acquaintance's routine, an unusual behaviour, etc. There will be something.

Maybe the person who holds the clue is frightened, being intimidated, is an accessory before, during or after the fact. They could be involved in any number of ways. All it takes is an anonymous call to Crimestoppers to bring closure to the 'Where's William?' enquiry.

William's family and loved ones need to know. His FF deserve to know after all the love they poured into him. Most of all, his sister and other siblings need to know what happened to their brother. Break adult hearts if you must but don't break more children's hearts as William's heart has been broken by being separated from them.

Please, I beg of you, if you are reading this and you know what happened to William, or you have even a slight suspicion about someone you know or have heard about, call Crimestoppers. Don't wait a moment longer. Call them. Telling it like it is can only bring you relief from fear, guilt and/or anxiety and may, in the end, redeem you (in my eyes, at least).

Those billboards still up are they???

They were still up in January, which was the last time I was in the PMac area.
I got the feeling looking at them that they're targeting someone very specific with those billboards. Of course it doesn't hurt to have locals aware and reminded, but I really feel they're a targeted message. I thought that when I first read of them and I definitely felt that when I saw them IRL.

Glad to hear they were still up, Eloise. My Mum said that they have been showing PSAs asking for information about William on TV in the ACT. I haven't seen one shown on any of the stations transmitting in Sydney. I'll double check with her to make sure they're in regard to 'our' William.

just wondering if bs is charged and sentenced to time away for the historic crimes, will someone then feel safe enough to come forward with evidence regarding william?

Maybe bb but he doesn't strike me as being intimidating or the dominant person in his relationship with MS. Although your point does make me wonder...

agree bs may not be physically intimidating but there could be psychological games played, i remember ages back he posted a very unflattering photo and comment of ms on sm, to me it seemed cruel and if she has any esteem issues it would be mortifying for her

Don't give up hope for William.

Hunt for missing toddler William Tyrrell intensifies as more cops working to find him
February 21, 2016

THE homicide team investigating the abduction of toddler William Tyrrell has been beefed up, with more than a dozen detectives and analysts now working around the clock to solve one of the state’s biggest cases.

NSW Homicide Squad Commander Michael Willing said the investigation was now “one of the biggest investigations being run by homicide”.

Spedding knew......

ONLY days before William Tyrrell was abducted, his grandmother told repairman Bill Spedding she was expecting a stay-over visit from her family and could he fix her faulty washing machine.

That revelation calls into question toddler William’s trip to the mid north coast being a total “surprise” that nobody other than his parents could have known about.

You may well be correct, bb. There are many different ways of controlling someone. No doubt he is well aware of her vulnerabilities. What an uncaring thing to do to your so-called life partner; especially in so public a forum.

Yes, tgy, we shouldn't give up on William. He needs to be in the public's consciousness until the mystery of his disappearance is brought to a conclusion. Hopefully, the outcome will be that he is found alive.

Interesting that BS knew that William and his family would be at FGM's forner residence. That presents opportunity. If he is convicted of the alleged historical child sexual offences, we will have motive. Not looking good for him or his associates.

i believe det jubelin will work at this with his team until its solved and never give up, he will know all the secrets of the pois and what they are capable of and gotten away with, he wont let this go, whether its bs or someone else

I second that, bb. DI Jubelin possesses a dogged determination as evidenced by his investigation into the murders of the three children in Bowraville. He will probably know more about the POIs, their families, friends and associates involved in William's disappearance than many people realise; maybe even more about the players than they themselves do. I wouldn't like to be on his radar.

Neither will we give up. I'm still going back over my old research, newspapers and William's WS threads to see if there's anything noteworthy. You never know...

btw My 'Thanks' button isn't working so 'Thanks' everyone.
