The AFP will be using specialist forensic equipment, similar to the WA CS case recently, as per the audio in linkHome Affairs Minister Karen Andrews said the AFP specialist unit would join the search on Wednesday morning.
“Today there are specialists from the AFP forensics unit that have been deployed to Kendall and they will start a very targeted search of several key locations today,” she told 4BC.
AFP to join search for William Tyrrell
This is something I can't get my head around, it just doesn't make sense. Years down the track she is very vocal (and passionately so!) about the possibility of William's case being shelved. Surely a guilty person would want the case to fade away, especially after 5 years or so. I hope NSW Police know what they're doing!
Yes, it's a very tragic case, he's a monster! But, Tialeigh's body was found 6 days after her foster family reported her missing.
if william fell off the balcony fm may have panicked and quickly hid his body in fgms car boot and locked it,
and then the lie escalated to more lies, and then it became easy,
reasons to conceal his death could be signs of past abuse on his body, drugs in his system, fears ff would be angry and leave, social stigma, losing his sister, guilt etc
Interesting. I didn’t think she sounded convincing at all. I remember thinking that she sounded cold and something just wasn’t right at the time. I thought the husband sounded genuinely upset and very convincing at the time. Also having watched the 60 Minutes feature from years back (with Foster Parents interview ) again…if FM is guilty of something here she did surely one of the finest pieces of acting in history there ..! Forget any awards given to actors to date..!
To me she sounds genuine and convincing , so will be an unpleasant surprise if she is involved .
Think it’s important to keep an open mind until someone is charged…
What has become of the theory from aquaintance of FA ( recent 7 News Doc. ) who thought FA 100% guilty ?
Has FA now been officially ruled out ?

If the Coroner makes orders, there is no need for a warrant. There needs to be “reasonable suspicion” for a warrant/order. So the Coroner would have had more than just a new version of events from the daughter.Cleaver, would NSW coronial directions/orders supersede need for regular warrant?
Or, is it possible the Granddaughter willingly handed over vehicle/new owners of house complied with a request for more searches?
By the photos the balcony railing would provide some difficulty for a little boy to want to climb over and why would he want to climb over knowing he would fall and he could easily go out the door to get to the yard ? View attachment 322437
Did the FM say she drove down to the riding school in her search for WT in that 10.30 - 10.53am time period or later, after police were called and everyone was helping with the search?
I think she said she drove off then turned around when she got to the riding school and couldn’t find William so came back to the house and rang the police
Have you got a link for that please?
I was also wondering at what stage she drove in car, was it before or after MFC arrived back.
According to what FFC said in the 000 call at 10.53:
- William went missing 5 minutes beforehand, but she says that he could have actually been missing 10-15 but she’s unsure.
- She also said she had been up and down the road looking for him but couldn’t find him.
- There were no suspicious cars on the road.
There was no mention of getting in car to look for him. She said she only noticed him missing 5 minutes before the call. So if at some later date, she said she had driven looking for him before the call, which I agree that she allegedly must have before the police arrived, then her story is completely inconsistent.
In that case, I’m horrified that police didn’t do their due diligence at all and the lead investigators need to be investigated.
