It would be very useful to have photos or video showing some useful details that we can all scrutinize.
Some time ago, I seem to remember seeing a large bag full of garden rubbish which existed near the high balcony side of the house.
Would be useful to clarify if that bag was there; JMO....if that the bag was there, initially, it could have contained the body of William / then transferred elsewhere at a later time.

Going through Thread 1 and most of the media stories are no longer available and image links are broken .. did a google search and couldn't find much of the house from the day. There is one, but taken from a distance where the carport is obscured.

Thank you for help with the photo MrsG; In my searches, I too had seen that photo.
Photos taken early on that very first day would be helpful to us all. Probably being kept under wraps.
Thankyou to SA for your post about seeing a pile of rubbish. I remember seeing that photo too, but I thought it was a photo taken a couple of days later when media were talking about the help by searchers.
From my memory of it.....it was a large bag with two handles at the top.

There has been alot of discussion about the riding school drive, has it actually been decided when the drove happened if it was infact the riding school that was driven too, anyone could say they drove this way, when infact they could of driven the other way, if the time line can't be verified how can the location of the drive be verified, was there any witnesses that the drive actually happened except for the drivers recollection of a truck?
The cops did take the Fosterers phones and computers. With the phones, couldn't the investigators see exactly where she had been on the day WT went missing?

To be fair, I think it's unusual to put a helmet on a child when they are just riding around supervised, and very unlikely in a garden. Yes that means he could have potentially fallen off the bike and hit his head causing a bad enough injury to have died. Helmets there don't necessarily mean he put one on that morning.

I think that theory is only plausible if the children were riding their bikes after the 'proof of life' photo was taken IMO which they weren't.

* William's foster father went to nearby Lakewood about 9am for a solid internet connection for the call. He had a prescription filled at a chemist there at 10.19am.

* William and his sister started riding bikes on the driveway after he left.

* Another man drove past them in the dead-end street. The foster mother locked eyes with him as he continued down the road in an old teal-coloured car.

* William and his foster mother played a game called "mummy monster" where they would roar at one another.

* They explored the tree-lined yard as William's sister sat inside with their grandmother drawing art for their late grandfather's grave.

* William's foster mother made cups of tea before snapping the now iconic photo of the three-year-old boy sitting on the deck dressed as Spider-Man at 9.37am.

It hasn't been reported about BGM applying or being refused Kinship care, so we shouldn't presume on that aspect either. Unless you have a link that says otherwise.

How is it different that it's presumed about Kinship care, but can't be presumed that William may not have had a helmet on that day, when there is a video clearly showing him riding his bike without one IMO

However I hope it's okay to speculate, based on the BGM housing them while they were hiding from the department before removal of their second child, that in expert opinion it may have been obvious BGM would be considered an inappropriate carer, due to not being able to follow strict boundaries the department set on visits and contact. Imo. This is important for a few reasons including helping the parents realise they need to change in order for the children to go home to an improved environment. Imo.

.

Agree 100%, Allanna is amazing plus she was a foster child herself and experienced abuse in care. Super important to listen to voices like hers. I feel like we buy into the "rich white savier foster carer" narriative and the average person is naive to the level of abuse and trauma that happens there.
We should also be aware of the level of abuse to be found in many bio families as well. Believe me, many foster children are there for valid reasons.

Thanks Blues Clues!! I attempted a timeline last week and thought they may have rode the bikes AFTER the Spiderman photo. If it was BEFORE the Spiderman Photo then it is possible that William has disappeared before 10AM and was missing for an hour before the 000 call?

"A senior policewoman, Detective Sergeant Laura Beacroft told the inquest last month she put the time William vanished between 10.05am and 10.20am."

This is the recollections from the FM.
There is nothing and noone to independantly verify that this version of events is factual, even confusion from timestamps on a digital camera don't support anything.

(fgm has passed on and wasn't pressed hard at the time and has little left behind to support)

Agreed- he was only little. I remember my daughter at 3 and whilst full of energy they do have 'little legs'. The property seems to have a lot of 'frontage'. It's such a long driveway. I can imagine putting the bins out every week is a bit if an effort.

And if he had wandered into the bush wouldn't they have seen him as the verandah is facing the scrub?

My daughter was having her usual weekly visit with her Great Grandmother, she was only 3 ! One week she packed her little toy bag and left her Great Grandmothers and wanted to come home, so she walked 30 mins, over a busy street and round the neighbour hood roads. It was only her Grandma who saw her walking on the road that anyone knew she was coming home! Her GGM was 80.Turns out GGM was on the phone and didnt even know she had gone. MY Daughter told GGM she was going home and GGM said ok love. I was so upset as anything could have happened to her on that walk. She was a savvy little girl knew her way home, she never went to GGM again without either he Dad or Me with her. I blame myself for not being more realistic that something could go wrong, but it is a small town and after a year of visiting GGM and putting make up on her, you don't think anything can happen. My daughter was head strong, she wanted to go home and that was it. So in my experience 3 year olds can travel a large distance.

Well, if there was such a bag (please post a photo and link, when you find it) I imagine it was cleared by the sniffer dog, and perhaps the dog's handler.
Thankyou SA......I thought I read somewhere that first sniffer dog took a couple of hours to arrive;
I will search all of the photos that were taken by the FFC....it may have been in one of her pictures of William in the garden.

I can't find a link for it at the moment so it will have to be in my opinion. After SC Rowley arrived at the property he felt the cup of tea still sitting where it was left and the cup was still warm. That doesn't fit with the cup of tea being made more than an hour previously IMO

Little W just had arrived at Benaroon Dr the evening before. He couldn't have known the cemetery or the way to it, I think.
He was colouring drawings to take to FGF grave the afternoon he vanished, they talked about it obviously, he may have asked questions, one of the adults may have said its just down the road, cemetery is down the road, why is it NOT possible he wandered down the road instead of up the road? Or perhaps that is where FM "placed" WT to deal with later ? Just putting it out there also it is within a 1 km radius for the house. That might be the red herring from FM ?? GO the OPPOSITE direction??

Did the driver in the teal car she ‘locked eyes with’ not come forward either making it three cars she saw on that dead end street that nobody else saw but her?

It all seems very unlikely the more I look at those maps.

@drsleuth attended the inquest and stated here in a previous post that FFC said she went driving searching after MFC arrived home. MFC arrived back around 1035 and the first LE arrived around 1106. When LE arrived FFC would have had to give details and stay put in case WT appeared, I doubt LE would allow her drive off .(moo).

So would the drive have taken place after the 000 call but before police arrived do you think?

Yes if we are expected to take FM timeline verbatim then how is the tea still warm after 11 am . No wonder it was tested in the coroners court . IMO we cannot and LE should not depend on one persons story . Also I noted in MFC walk through he describes himself going here and there and he is adept at scouts etc (paraphrasing ) and spent 90 minutes searching previous before he saw his partner talking to neighbors and saw little of anyone else during this 90 minutes .
He is asked specific questions by LE.

I take statements with the grain of salt when they cannot be verified by someone else and IMO that is why the coroner is not yet satisfied .
