That is great Dream, thank you! I have errands I have to run, but will be waiting to hear!

I just got off the phone with
missing persons clearinghouse, Austin, TX.

The investigator took info, asked me to email her his pictures.
I emailed the newspaper articles.
She feels it does look like James I.

She is calling LE right now and will call James' counselor.

She did say she would call me back and let me know for sure.
It may not be until tomorrow.

note:
She did say that James I left after a family meeting about the health of his mother.
He left and then disappeared.
She also said he was laid off from his job recently.
But did not have any further information.

:bananapowerslide::Banane34:I think I will start dancing early, before final confirmation.
:blowkiss:
You all are the best sleuthers around!:detective:

One last post before I go...Sylvias parents, Roberto and Elijia divorced in 1972. Still trying to pin down which Roberto to see how and if related to James. There is a Roberto I. with a wife Sylvia, but I do not think it is this one, as I think this one died in 1983.

There is a Juanita I. in Texas 1939-1990---maybe an aunt?

Quoting Texas Missing Persons Clearinghouse Online Bulletin

2004 TT Audi convertible - flashy car. Don't know why anyone would abandon that! Price NEW: $42,900 base;

I wonder if he had to turn it back in?
Google - although it looks like it was sold -
Yellow 2004 Audi TT 250. $20988. Location: Fort Worth, TX Interior Color: Black

Ebay Phoenix AR $17,900.00

Google Maps - Audi dealers loc: Midlothian, TX

The closest Audi dealer to James would be

University Park Audi

I don't know if it's possible to see if his car was turned in?
I did a quick search to see if Audi had it listed on their site (preowned) but no. I've found that most dealers inventory isn't always listed on the manufacturers site

How does someone find out if the car has been recovered and towed?

As we know the Texas license plates for James's car, the VIN should be ascertainable by the police. The Texas DMV (and presumably other DMVs nationwide) should be aware that the car is "missing" and flag it... so if James is missing with the car, it's a safe bet to say that the car hasn't been located (if the profile is up to date) and can't be located via data alone.

If the car still exists it may be crashed and/or abandoned by James in confusion, stolen and given a false identity (as repaired salvage) or exported illegally or, as suggested above, impounded somewhere.

Wow!! Great job, Jules and everyone!!! I mean, not to celebrate too soon, but I find it hard to imagine he's not our dude.

This site is incredible.

I did a plate search but came up empty. Maybe someone else would have luck.
I don't know how someone would find out about an abandoned car which was towed.

I'd also imagine it would be the perfect car to tow away (if found) and part out.

BTW...

My :twocents:

Be prepared to read that someone was already looking into Juan being James before Dream called it in. :loser:

I had to look it up to be sure, but here's another point for James I. -- our Juan has expressed an interest in things Celtic and Scottish. James I. is from Midlothian, TX, which is named after Midlothian, Scotland.

AH guys...I think I found him:

Age right
Height right
Heart surgery right
Hair, eye color right
Birthdate is pretty close
Juans hair color is grey, but perhaps the photo that TX state has is older.

No info on family but I did find a facebook for a Jame Inocencio in Dallas, and there is a Tricia under his friends list.

YOU ARE A GENIUS-I bow to you. Thank you....OMG it is him.
xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox

Look for me please if I go missing.

Oooo, I don't know. I don't think it is him, and I don't know why.
Something about the nose, chin...unless he is swollen in the hospital photo.

That's why I posted the links to the articles & pictures because every picture looks different; plus we don't know how old the missing persons picture is.

Its him, its him....sorry but the chills never lie. The tat is going to be easy enough to ID, family is available to verify the picture.......

I agree with you and wish someone would answer that he's been identified.
I'll be shocked if it's not him.
Too many things he's said match up to things in the missing page; even though he remembered them wrong.

:bananajump:Latest update:
Texas Missing Persons Clearinghouse investigator called me this morning.
She had let LE know. LE after looking at the pictures, called his family in.
Family said they are 99.9% sure it is him.
But, LE will not
confirm or deny it is him until family lets them know.
Family left today for AZ.
His counselor has been notified.
I do not know if he has been told.
I would think it was up to his counselor.

Investigator said he does have family,
siblings, children.
They are overwhelmed and happy that he has been found.

The 2004 yellow Audi:
Investigator said it has been located.
It was in a long term parking lot at
Flagstaff, AZ airport.

We got a big thank you from the investigator.
So, pending final verification,
we did it!
