I don't think it against TOS. I have read over the TOS and saw nothing of the like. I will delete if I am told otherwise.

Yup!!!! I knew LE had to be on to them. I never underestimate LE!

Me too!. I definitely feel there is more hope now.

However, I keep returning to the fact that TPS sounded so vindictive in the article. "Murder." and "You understand you could spend the rest of your life in prison?"

Why the he77 would EJ stay mum through that? Or did they cut her off and she turn on them?

And, TPS couldn't say Gabriel, Jack couldn't say Gabriel, EJ couldn't say Gabriel. What did this group of freaks do to that baby?

I think TPS said that in part because she started to feel the heat and wanted to be on record saying that what EJ is doing is wrong. That's all, just a little CYA.

TEMPE, AZ – The Tempe Police Department has named a Scottsdale couple 'persons of interest' in their investigation to find a missing child.

According to police spokesperson Steve Carbajal, investigators believe Tammi and Jack Smith have information that will lead them to baby Gabriel Johnson that they have not previously provided to investigators.

BBM. Six Flags in the winter ? Maybe it's not as cold in San Antonio, but I just don't think of going to amusement parks in the winter. I wonder how accurate that sighting was and if they have video confirmation yet.

Both Sea World and Fiesta Texas (Six Flags) are open well into winter (they have special holiday themes and performances).

On 12/26/2009 Fiesta Texas was open 3pm --10pm. They closed for 2 months starting 01/04/2010-02/28/2010 and then will reopen for selected days (spring break) in March.

It really wasn't cold on 12/26/09. I'd say 50-60 degrees during the day.
