AZ time, must be something people there say. Possibly because they are in MT time zone, but don't use daylight saving time, so sometimes they are the same as Pacific....I think?? Arghhhh

Tempe PD Officer was just on CNN HLN, for a few minutes. He said that they did gather some items of evidence during the search last night at the Smith's. He also said their POI status has not changed.

We don't know if Tammi has been posting here at WS or not, she had been making post's to her FaceBook page frequently.
As far as the comments about the enemas Tammi and Jack own a colon cleansing business so to speak.

The parallels of this case to Casey Anthony are ridiculous..the park, the lying, not trusting local LE, no job, now a Nanny even though she has no job!

And the POI can friend/defriend add/delete all day long on FB, then proclaim her innocence on TV in the evening, whatever. Her old method of talking her way out of anything isn't going to help her. She's not in control this situation, although I'm sure she'd never believe it.
Hoping that the Tempe PD and others will rescue Gabriel very soon and return him to his loving father.

I know TS said on NG that EJ was a very smart girl with a 4. grade average and an offer for a scholorship but I highly doubt she was that educated on adoption.
All the ins and outs that are now being discovered with all the info TS has contributed is very interesting.
I think EJ was led by the nose through this whole thing and she now sits in jail.
I am not giving her a break on what she was trying to do to Gabes father and how she cared for Gabriel but seems she has been led down this very distructive path.
I am glad NG befriended TS so now we know soooo much more than we would have and something is not right on TS side of this story. EJ may be guilty of alot of things but
someone else can share that guilt as far as I am concerned.
Praying that beautiful baby is found and back with his Dad and family.
Hope they found clues at TS and JS home last night.

If Elizabeth wasn't there, then I think that makes the Smith's even more seethy. I wonder if that is true, just how much real info did Elizabeth have about them? She must have had their real names, and address, their business name - I guess there are those faux legal papers they showed, right? Do we have anything that says there could have been some point where the Smith's had Gabriel and could have just disappeared or the maybe they were hoping to set it up this way (like when they were just supposedly babysitting)?

I don't know, I can look up the answers to my questions - I just realized I'm confused again and hadn't asked some of these questions.

Also, I know Prof and I had a brief discuss last night about this - since Tammi seemed to slip yesterday in that interview and said something about from the first day they met Elizabeth, was that some admission she met her in December? At any rate, it looked like an "Oh, no, I screwed up" type of moment

Just to keep things clear... all I know is that Elizabeth advertised for a nanny that would work in exchange for a room in the mobile home, she was not going to pay her (unless someone else has other info). That ad went up on craigslist on Dec 8th and it seems she was connected with the Smith's by the 9th and never connected with any possible nanny's. Elizabeth stated in that ad that she needed a nanny because she needed to get a job if I remember correctly. She has never claimed there was a nanny and this whole incident about all that might have been for less than 24 hrs. It's not even conceptually the same as the Anthony case. So, no offense, but let's be careful not to distort facts to match the Anthony case, please.

Kamille, I'm putting together the best information I have. Unfortunately, that means including some information from, for example, Tammi and Elizabeth, that does not have other corroborating references.

LE stated they believe she had $1,200. Please note that I put 'approximately' for the amount of money she had. Add or subtract as you feel appropriate.

As I posted a bit above, I can't include all the reference links or the posts get too long to post. After I put the info together with everybody's updates, I will do two posts for each date - one with what happened, and one with the reference links.
