From what I understand, this is correct. The stated "goal" of catching certain people was actually accomplished in a very short time. Some of these people were released for no reason, and the operation went on much longer - causing many deaths.

exactly...they wanted to create chaos in Mexico that would lead to more gun control here.

"DailyCaller.com reports: "Emails from inside the Department of Justice appear to indicate Obama administration officials were plotting to use the consequences of Operation Fast and Furious to further a gun-control agenda. Sharyl Attkisson of CBS News reported Wednesday that the emails show agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) discussing how they would use Fast and Furious to 'argue for controversial new rules about gun sales.'"

If it is a local rumor, you can usually post about it, if marked clearly as a RUMOR...

Just trying to catch up here, but man, oh man, I hate to hear that someone may know something but cannot talk about it. Why even say anything about it to begin with?

Yes...

Id love to share but I just cant right now. The minute I can I will or someone else here who also knows will beat me too it.

I cant vouch for any of it personally so is why I cant share yet. When I can I will.

SC basically spilled his whole alibi in the 911 call. Too much information, IMO.

So, going of the gun theory. Perhaps SC was forced to give up Isa as some sort of collateral until something was done. I just don't think his hands are clean, but this would explain some of his calmness. He knows she will be returned, but can't tells RC - so he has to report it as a kidnapping.

Or maybe watching Contraband last night was not a good idea....

JMO :

1. SC sounded high on the 911 call.

2. SC told the 911 operator a whole lot of additional information.eg where he had slept that night !

3. SC didn't seem to remember basic details about Isabel, including her name.

This is probably another sad case of molestation of a child... which was becoming more difficult to hide as she was growing older... In the end, it is probably nothing more exotic than that...

The only question I would have for CS is : where did you hide Isabel's body ?

Just catching up on overnight activity and haven't seen this posted yet.

Father of missing Ariz. girl separated from sons

TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) — Arizona's child welfare agency is prohibiting the father of a missing Tucson girl from having any contact with his other two children, but authorities say that doesn't mean he's a suspect in her disappearance.

Police Sgt. Maria Hawke confirmed Monday the state agency has ordered Sergio Celis to stay away from his two sons, citing a need to ensure the boys' welfare. She declined to elaborate.

Celis' daughter, 6-year-old Isabel Mercedes Celis, has been missing for nearly a month...

A gun smuggling, drug cartel band of thugs on a mission to exact revenge by taking a 6 yr old Tucson girl (which, so far no one has shown has ever happened before) is the easier and more logical scenario to believe than what has happened in countless other missing child cases--i.e. a parent caused the death of their child in some way and tried to hide it by turning it into a kidnapping? And this scenario has gained legs because of the last name of the family, which may be the same or similar to another last name of at least one person who is known to be a member of one of these gun smuggling, drug cartels?

And the FBI, the TPD and other agencies are just standing by as this band of thugs exacts their revenge by holding a 6 yr old girl because it's part of some bigger and secret plan that involves informants or someone?

Great. But there is no Tucson University. All someone would have to do was enter the U of A addy, no? Not to mention he didn't purportedly move to Tucson until winter 2011, correct?

I haven't caught up on all the posts, so I apologize in advance if this has been answered...Tucson College does exist. It's a tech/trade school.

IMO, going by the latest information and statistically what usually happens, that it will turn out to be a homicide commited by one or both parents while commiting some type of abuse against their child. Other scenarios are definitely a possibility and can't be ruled out yet. What most likely happened, IMO, sadly will probably be the truth.

FWIW and JMO, the fact that SC hasn't been arrested and charged with a crime related to the CPS investigation and no contact order does not indicate it's not related to Isabel's disappearance. Think Josh Powell, Kyron Horman, Hailey Dunn.

Yeah I keep going back to, "maybe" the dad had been touching her or something along these lines and maybe she woke up that night during it happening and maybe he thought he could no longer get away with it, she was going to tell. Unfortunately this is the least complicated , least conspiracy filled conclusion. All of the above is just a possible scenario and based on nothing more.

Okay I'm going to ask again since no one answered it the last time.

When did the F&F or any -type group or cartel ever kidnap a small child from her home in the US, in the middle of the night before? There must be some prior proof that can be pointed to for this scenario to be considered plausible. And SC's alleged possible connection to a group is not proof of that ever happening.

I've never seen it.

wow... I just listened to the 911 calls
http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/headlin...ed-my-little-girl-i-believe-she-was-abducted/

and would the real Sergio Celis please step up? At their first presser I was personally convinced that his plea was histrionic and it reminded me of "musical theatre".. but the 911 call... that sounds like the real Sergio Celis to me..

Wow..

Also makes the very first statement by LE all the more interesting.. that LE is watching the emotions/emotional reaction of the family (first presser.. thread one)

also makes sense about getting them to speak to the media

Of further interest to me is that their behavior flip flopped: Becky Celis had a very emotional call with 911 but has since become stoic with her emotions in check. Sergio on the other hand sounded like he was talking about going fishing or something on his 911 call and turned "emotional" when speaking to the press.

Very strange... very, very, very strange.

Also, if Sergio were the one to note her missing and then wakes up the boys.. why didn't he find the window/notice the window? Maybe it is just the physical layout of the room but I doubt it... If my kid is not in his bed you can bet I am going to be looking where he could have went and that would include looking out the window to see if he was outside.

:moo:

Is it possible SC was a FBI informant or was a member of FBI? Could it be thought that he is the next target? Has he been prohibited from seeing or living with his sons because he is actually being protected??

FWIW the dad did sound high to me on the phone call, also as busy as this family was, i dont see time for him to be involved in that much cartel type activities. I know they were at the ball field atleast 4 out of 7 nights a week. All 3 kids were in different leagues so different practice times and different game times. I believe my friend who has a kid on Isa's team said practice was 3 nights a week.
