If the rosary is worn in reverence, not as jewelry, it is acceptable. I never saw it done until I moved to Tucson. Apparently it is more commonly done in Mexico.

As far as her religiosity, (is that even a word?), I just don't see these parents tossing their daughter's body away.

And I sure hope I´m wrong about that theorie, but I have to say, again, that the emotions they showed at their plea, IMO, came across as distictively forced and odd. AND the fact that they apparenly have refused to go on camera even though the police have encourged them to, that is NOT a good sign IMO.

I think she's implying that if there was a party, then there were other, unrelated adults in the home that night. One of the questions that's been asked, but not answered by LE is if there were any other adults there that night. If this is true, I damn well hope that TPD has interviewed anyone who was there!

They're investigating, they're just not sharing, and good for them! They're trying to keep things non-adversarial with the parents, who no doubt have lawyered up. It's a game and they're at an impasse with the family but just not saying so. These parents don't want to help find Isabel IMO. So let them play their game, and I hope if they are at all responsible (and I think they are and that someone has an expensive habit), I hope they are duly prosecuted. And on that note, I can't stand to watch this turn cold. It's just another big fat Lisa Irwin type case. Bless the sons, they will suffer. As for Isabel, I fear it's way too late for her. I hope she's not out there afraid and betrayed by her parent(s).

The floor plan has been out for a couple of days and it is pretty generic. No windows, doors, etc., etc. We already know where Isabel's room is located.

I 'get' what you are saying, I do.
The press and LE are often "necessary evils" to each other.
The press need tips and info from LE and LE needs the press to spread info and ask for the help of the public.

Some are ok. The real reporters who verify their stories first. Those like Nancy and JWM are nothing more than yellow tabloid reporting. They put out more misinformation than they do correct info and they never ever retract or correct it. They also have accused others in the past who were totally innocent people. Never one apology from NG.

For a couple of days the video of the tiny windows was shown on NGs show and they were reporting that Isa's bedroom was one of these tiny windows and it was 6 feet off the ground. We have enough misreporting without these props shown on her show with the intent to get higher ratings.

That is how confusion is started when those windows werent Isa's bedroom window at all.

I finally saw JVM apologize to Ed Smart after these many years just a couple of months back when he was on her show. She had accused that man of being everything evil under the sun before Elizabeth was found. Only a man with his dignity and grace would even come on her show after the way she treated him.

I wouldnt believe a word that Nancy or Jane says if I saw both of their tongues being notorized right in front of my own eyes and Natisha Lance is as bad. I have seen this go on way too long and there should be a law against it. imo.

That is why I have stopped watching these two shows and that is exactly what they are..'shows'. They both are putting on a show and are not responsible reporters. Even when the misinformation is posted here it causes my BP to rise. I believe in integrity and honesty.

Just the way I feel about it.

Nothing will return a person's deep faith quicker than having to go through something this traumatic in their lives.

They know they need God's strength to help them withstand all of this and they pray He will bring her back home to them safe and sound. They are looking for a miracle and I dont blame them one bit for relying on their faith.

About the video. If it WAS from Sat. night- Were people freely walking around that night so close to the Celis home? Weren't roads closed off? Wasn't there heavy police presence that night?

Actually one of the reporters in today's presser asked the Lt. if the parents have a lawyer and the Lt. said he's not aware of any lawyer.

No. Innocent parents are not thinking about what could happen to themselves. They are thinking about what could be happening to their kids. I'm basing this on having studied countless of these cases over the years and examining how people in general react to crisis. I would be highly suspicious of anyone whose thoughts, in the first days, go right to attorneys, rather than to assisting LE in finding their child.

I think she is implying that they were all partying and didn't know what was going on in their own home. But, I do know of a case here in Dallas where there was a party actually a reunion with guests from out of town and a little girl was raped and murdered. It turned out to be one of the people at the party. Also wasn't there a little girl who was at a party with her family and one of the guest boyfriend raped her and then set her on fire. These cases get more bizzare all the time. However, I do not think the parents are in any way involved, but that does not rule out friends or relatives. jmo

In the area, on T.F.'s map, the command center was where the red letters are, which say "Isabel Celis Room/Window". There was a very large police presence in the form of a large TPD "Mobile Command Center" (which is a large tricked out R.V.), several TPD S.U.V.s., the tent area under which the chief gave press conferences and various police cars. The entire area was marked off by police tape, with the vehicles being inside of the tape.

The police can ask the Judge not to release the 911 call at this time due to the ongoing investigation. That happens quite frequently. Eventually the press will get it released.

The father made the 911 call at 8:13 or 8:14 am iirc.

Quick list of questions then I am off to check homework and tuck little ones in..
1. Has LE said anything about waiting for results on forensics of any type, or having collected evidence? I hear that in cases a lot, not details but general statements like that. Was there a total lack of prints? (gloved intruders not likely to wipe down and erase previous prints, set ups are)
2. I don't even know what else to ask, there is such limited public info, and I feel it is not because they don't want to jeopardize the investigation, I feel it is because they have no clue.
