I'm really interested in knowing why the Grandmother had custody of Bella at one time. I'm surprised that the reason hasn't come out yet.

I feel it is quite obvious.....sorry....do not mean to be snippy at all. This all just makes me sick and I really just want to slap that so called mother.

I've been lurking on this thread because I do not have anything nice or supportive to post outside my grief for that poor sweet girl. If it is true that she was in the custody of her grandma and just returned two weeks prior, I want to know if CPS was involved in that. The MSM reports are very specific to say CPS is now involved with the sister. Was this poor child returned to this chaos at the hands of CPS? There were multiple criminal offenses in the home. I am stewing on what the facts are surrounding who was in charge of removing her and returning her to pure evil and neglect.

Very good point. If she was returned under CPS guidance, they would have had some type of supervision order in place. I would think that would include conditions such as drug testing, no violent offenders, and weekly visits.

I get the feeling it was more of agreement between the mother and GM. If the court or CPS was involved, I would HOPE conditions were in place and supervised.

all the grandmas involved make it confusing. The anger that TG expresses towards her mom in the hand slapping interview makes me wonder what the dynamic is between them. I am guessing she was the grandma that had the two girls and this was an arrangement between the two of them and not CPS generated. Which grandma has the older girl now? ETA oops sorry for that huge space....dunno whats going on with this computer

Was the number of actual residents in that house even legal? Though something like that sounds like the least of LE's problems out there. Still, these types of residences overloaded with kids and adults are so often hives of criminals, smalltime or otherwise. Jmo

OT - what IS the number of residents that can be legally in a house? I have some neighbors that have a 2 bedroom, maybe about 1000 sq ft total; with a tree house in back and a trailer on the side of the house; now - I can swear their are at LEAST 15 people living there. I know at least two teenagers live in the treehouse; and old man & his dog in the trailer... the rest ?? - don't know if I should report this; plus they have at least 10 cars; not all of them fit on their property, so they park in front of our house and block our driveway most of the time... anyway... sorry OT! had to vent! LOL!

And..that's where you stand when reading the news in most states. You can't believe everything, word for word.

I've read many reporters twist a whole horrific event every which way. I also have that very type of reporter in my family. Oh help me please.

That's what I don't understand - most of the time MSM gets things completely wrong in the beginning of most of the cases I've followed here; but then finally the truth comes out only when we get the LE and/or court records; So why do we even rely on what MSMs say?? :waitasec:

It's like the same exact script with Rayne Perrywinkle. She talks to every reporter who puts a microphone in her face--defensively from the get-go-- tells multiple conflicting recitations of the chain of events, then gets angry when people pick the stories she tells apart, comment on her choices, and tells everyone to just leave her alone....then turns around and talks to another reporter. :facepalm:

It probably varies state to state. When I managed apartments some years ago, 5 people was maximum for two-bedroom apartments. Even that is pushing it, Imo.

Mom was in trouble per the courts for the following until 7/2/14. Court activity does say jail/prison. Drug testing & appointments for counseling. There are no minutes for the case. I could assume mom was in bad shape enough to where she couldn't care for her daughtersor in jail/prison and her mom gained custody or temporary custody until her daughter shaped up? That's all an assumption and could be why Mom doesn't like her own mom. To me, her mother is right that Mom needs to shape up. Making choices like having a criminal bf and letting fresh out of rehab, criminal, animal abuser around her kids gives her mom's statement some credibility. Until mom can look at her own bad choices and what they have done, this cycle will never end. jmo

My point is, she hasn't been called out publicly on her inconsistencies. Letting her spin her wheels is one thing but IMO, a reporter's job is to dig for the truth.

Take her recent interview where the was complaining she is being unfairly criticized... I would follow that up with - "Then let's answers some of the public's questions.."

Q: What were you doing for 90 minutes at WM? Why did getting snacks take so long? Did you go anywhere else?

Q: Did the suspect text you stating he had your daughter and ask what you were going to do about it? If no, then how do you explain the text messages between the two of you?

Q: Where were you during the important 911 call - the call that LE needs to together pertinent information?

Q: Why didn't RF mention to 911 that JR was in your house when you left but gone at the exact same time as your daughter, according to your other daughter?

Q: Where you or other adults in your house under the influence of drugs or alcohol when hour daughter went missing? Would you be willing to submit to a drug test to prove the rumours wrong?

....

I could go on, but those are the *basic* logical follow-up questions to an interview where she is trying to prove her innocence.

I have been called heartless more than a few times in my job, but getting the answers to the questions the public has, is my job. Not presenting the story my subject wants told. My job is to report the truth.

Ok, this is the third time I've typed out this thought, and I won't delete without posting it this time. Is it possible that the poor child was murdered in her own home and thus the grand exodus to Walmart while JJR went and buried her.

Was the other daughter threatened into telling a "story" about what happened? There was yelling ... or maybe no yelling. Which was it? Was was really in those text messages, and why is TG the one to reveal the pet strangling story?

I wish anyone with a child in their car who gets caught driving 10 miles over the speed limit could be charged with neglect/endangerment. There's a flipping law against speeding for a reason! OMG!!!........................anything is possible ((trunk of vehicle to location?)) I recall a video with evidence markers and neighbor said reported strange vehicle activity in front of his house IIRC--- which I am actively looking for right now---if anyone finds it please post it .....

Due to the easily accessed public records associated with many of the names in this case, I seriously doubt the custody issue was handled through any family court worth their salt, but instead just a family decision such as "can you take the kids while I deal with this" type of thing.

I concur! Just yesterday DH and I were on our way home, on the motorway (freeway) going the speed limit, a car came racing up behind, flashed their lights at us, cos apparently we weren't going fast enough.. It raced on passed, we were going 70, the limit, they must have been doing 90 easy, and in the back window is a 'baby on board' sign!! The car looked fully occupied and had kids onboard that I saw. Like really? Slow down. Smh
