I will probably transcribe the mother's statements soon; here are the links to all I can find that she stated publicly.

And here's the most recent media attention I can find 7/25/16

I believe one of the videos above was linked on page 7 of this thread. I don't mean to step on anyone's toes or be repetitive. Having all three statements from Jesse Wilson's mother, Crystal Wilson, will help me re-find the links for transcription, and may be helpful for anyone interested.

Been lurking at WS for a long time; just now getting around to posting.

Thank you very much for your post with the links all in one place...and Welcome to the discussion!

A few random thoughts, all ~jmo~ because I do not have links to authenticate them:

Jesse looks enough like his Mother to be her biological son. Has there been any confirmation from LE or just speculation in SM posts about his being adopted/fostered?

A video of an adult male neighbor who was interviewed about the incident when Jesse was found after the 4 a.m. trip out of his home indicated the following:

* He said he was hungry.
* He said he did not know which house was his.

I believe this was when he was found in the bed of a truck.

One can infer from these alleged statements the following:

* He had not been properly nourished OR as many children of his age might say he was hungry for no particular reason and simply felt that way.
* He did not know which home was his since they all look a lot alike OR he might not have wanted to return to it for whatever reasons.

If he was hiding in the bed of a truck, one has to wonder whether he wanted to be found or if he was afraid to return home (ergo, reason he left).

LE knows a lot more than it is releasing and that is fine. My gut feeling is that the plea for tips from the public plus a phone line and email addy both setup for them to be submitted suggest a case building, or at least an investigation that needs leads to confirm its suspicions.

I so want to see this little guy found alive and well, but my hope is diminishing as searches apparently yielded nothing to go on and the Mother appears to be calling all the shots on exposure for her missing son (next to nil, so far).

I hope I am wrong, but the minute I first read that she had given-away Jesse's dog so soon, my pale red flag turned to scarlet.

Finally, as I'd posted upthread, IF the dog she held in the video (with a black bow atop its head, btw) had been Jesse's dog, why on earth would she not take advantage of that moment before the public to be saying so and clutching a photo of her missing son too.

BBM: I posted this earlier in the thread. It's the only MSM source of info I've found.

Jesse, his twin sister and an older sibling are reportedly Wilson’s either foster or adoptive kids. Sources have confirmed that Jesse’s two siblings have been place with relatives by DCS while the investigation into his disappearance continues.

The FBI has been involved in this case from the start. Buckeye investigators are using the FBI to process any clues or evidence they gathered during an all-night search warrant at the boy’s home. Wilson’s car has also been seized and is being examined.

I think alot has to do with if the parent/parents are very vocal in the news in getting the word out and putting out pics.I don't think race plays a part in coverage as it used to.Missing people or children are so common now they don't even get any coverage like it is not an emergency anymore.

Parents being vocal, is one of the 'hooks' I was referring to. It is just my opinion and based solely on my experiences at WS. I know there are many grey areas and circumstances that come into play but it all boils down to the media in the end. Even if parents are very vocal and active and LE are very vocal and active, without media we may not even know about it. I just feel sad for the kids who don't get the attention they deserve, and just said it as I see it.

I'm so thankful that locals are keeping Jesse in the news! Otherwise, I don't think we would hear anything! Doesn't he have some extended family that could speak for him if not his mother? :candle:

From the azcental link above:

Bradley Academy spokeswoman Shelise Lamb said she hopes Jesse’s mother, Crystal Wilson, will attend...
...
Sgt. Jason Weeks, Buckeye police spokesman, said the department would not be represented at the event Saturday.

“We are working totally separate from the school,”

Hmmmm.......curious. I'm not sure what to make of this.

What an odd thing to say, of course you're working separate from the school but why can't an officer attend? I wonder, it may be a stretch but could LE be attending the event, plain clothed?

Where are you Jesse??

Police are still working day-in and day-out to find Jesse.

"What we're doing right now we're still using our uniformed patrol officers to go out and search for Jesse. We're also using some air assets that have been made available to us and any leads that have been coming in which has been few and far between, we're asking the public for some more. Any lead we get detectives go out right away and follow up on it," said Sergeant Jason Weeks.

Unfortunately there's been no sign of Jesse.

"I'd say we're getting a little more concerned. You know our ultimate goal is to find Jesse safely and bring him back to his family that's our number one goal. With all of the high heat and everything that's what we're concerned about. The one thing is that we believe that Jesse is out there. If he's with somebody or someone has him all we ask is just give us a telephone call, let us know Jesse is safe. Let us go out and meet with him and let us get him back to his family," said Weeks.

Police and volunteers have been scouring the Valley since his disappearance, with police even using drones and tracking dogs in the search.

The FBI is assisting in the search for Jesse. The U.S. Border Patrol has joined in, too.

Wilson made a tearful statement to the media last week, pleading for Jesse to come home.

“This is your mommy,” she said. “No one is mad at you.”

:tears: This is not looking good.

I'm not usually one to suggest trafficking, but I'm suspicious of the previous time (s?) Jesse was found with the neighbor guy...known to be out late....inattentive (jmo) parent...

Who reported that, and when? I feel like that's a ploy to defer interest elsewhere. I think Jesse is close to home. In fact, I hope dogs have come and sniffed, because if not I feel like he is still somewhere in that home.

It was referred to here, by his mom last week. I think it was mentioned again in another article as well, I'll try to find it.
According to her call to police, Wilson said Jesse might be at a neighbor's house because "he did that last time."
