That look on Chad's face. He looks happy to be there. Well, we're all happy he's there, too.Chad Daybell: New mugshot released for convicted killer

EBM to add this video about LV’s trial which is embedded in the above story:
He looks a little stupid to me. It doesn't look like a real smile. Of course, that's MOO, IMO, etc. That look on Chad's face. He looks happy to be there. Well, we're all happy he's there, too.

She wants to go back to Idaho ASAP. Prisons might be nicer there than in Arizona.Demanding a speedy trial can be a good legal strategy for defendant to give the prosecution less time to build a case, avoiding conviction. With Lori, what does it matter? It's not like she stands a chance of walking free.
Could be the portal works better in closer proximity, too.She wants to go back to Idaho ASAP. Prisons might be nicer there than in Arizona.
She could spare everyone the drawn out re-living of this nightmare and just plead guilty but, nope.IMO Arizona is about holding someone to account for the victims. Even if found guilty, she won’t get to serve time there will she?
But I can’t really see how the request can be approved if the client is asserting the right to a speedy trial. It is my understanding that the only cure for a violation of the right to a speedy trial is that the conviction is overturned.
And I don't think she cares if she is convicted. I think she still believes she is a goddess and being persecuted by the "dark" world either doesn't matter to her or the persecutions will be vindicated when the world ends or something like that.Demanding a speedy trial can be a good legal strategy for defendant to give the prosecution less time to build a case, avoiding conviction.
