It seems like an obvious question the reporter should have addressed, though I understand getting the info out quickly in a breaking story is a priority, with more-indepth reporting coming later. If you find out more about these two, let us know!
I'm guessing more will come out from their little friend that got lifted today. As well as what Abdelesam spews. He's a dead man walking now. Becuz ISIS knows he could probably break under questioning. So if he gets bail (I certainly hope he doesnt) and charged. Then trial. Let's hope he's put away for a long long time. I'd say deport him but he has lived most his life in Belgium.
Sure thing will let ya know. If my cell phone doesn't have a meltdown down /:

.@EXPECT_GCTAT operational manager: The man arrested is not Najim Laachraoui, that's clear. #BrusselsAttacks

Hope this isn't a repeat.

Mormon Missionaries From Utah Among Belgian Bombing Survivors

This was not Wells' first brush with terror. He was in Boston to watch his mother run the marathon in 2013 when two Chechen immigrant brothers set off shrapnel-filled bombs that killed three and wounded scores more, his family said.

Wells was also in Paris this past November when the French capital was attacked by Belgium-based terrorists, the family said.

I hope you start to feel better today.

Since arresting a 3rd man. Suggesting it was laacharoui. They have recanted the statement about his name. The suspect though is being interrogated at length.

So be sharp on the lookout again for the 3rd man in the pic of the brothers.

Bombers Used Ammonium Nitrate, Sources Tell NBC News
Swipe tests show the Brussels attackers used ammonium nitrate bombs, two sources tell NBC News. The explosives were estimated at 44 pounds each.

Ammonium nitrate is a relatively stable high explosive, detonating at a speed of more than 5,000 feet per second. It is used as a key component of ANFO (ammonium nitrate/fuel oil), a popular industrial explosive.

The chemical was also used in the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing.

Ammonium nitrate is a widely used fertilizer, too. It was manufactured by the plant that exploded in West, Texas, in 2013, killing 15 people and hurting more than 200 others.

BREAKING: Belgian authorities say several people possibly linked to attacks are still at large.

It seems each time DH and I have a conversation about another trip across the pond as we did last week, there is yet another of these senseless attacks on innocent people. As much as we'd like to visit Europe again, I think the Fates are against us. :sigh:

Go Bette,You just have to do your research and prep yourself for safety not to stick out like an American tourist. My husband and I have our routines down pack in how we dress and act.I watch many tourist that look like victims waiting to happen.I will tell you this we never dilly dally at the stations, airport or popular tourist spots.Dress like locals, don't be loud and look like you know what you are doing.
Go before Europe is completely lost.

Oh my I didn't realize Za was in/from the area. Yes so glad they are both safe.

Just great. We have reservations for late May - mid June to tour the Netherlands and Belgium, including a two day stay in Brussels. We were going to fly into Brussels but opted for Amsterdam. Sure hope things are better by then.

Trino,Weather will be beautiful but bring an umbrella.Flying into Schiphol is great. The train from Amsterdam to Brussels is long and will be packed at that time of year.Do not stick out like a tourist and be alert and do your research.I love the Nederlands and you will too.

I had to add that you have to go to Brugge, it is like a fairy tale.I reccomend Ghent also.
