I hope he has no involvement. I really really have a hard time when the people closest to people turn on them. It seems so much more cruel than a random attack.

You are right. NG doesn't have to do anything, especially talk to police.
However, if he truly wants to see his girlfriend/wife/sister, he best start talking.

I don't know if any parent would let their child's "love interest" have ready access to their child when the so called "love interest" won't even talk about what happened to the child.
He wouldn't be talking to her if she was my daughter.

To me, That is blackmail. They were more than love interests. They were together, She said he was her husband, Even though we know that was not legally so, That is what she called him.

I knew about NG having been raised by WH but didn't realize that he had never ventured out on his own. Who is going to pay for his legal team if he has no income of his own? I doubt that the Browns or Houstons will finance Nick's attorneys under the circumstances.

I believe you are right. I'm sure that NG would like to know what LE does or does not know about what happened, and I'm also sure it's driving him nuts not knowing. Doctors would easily be able to know how old the bruising and injuries BK had when she arrived at the hospital, whether one week old from the car accident or just that morning.

Should BK not survive this ordeal the Criminal Investigation will change from an Assault investigation to a Murder investigation. To that end I think it's imperative that the documentation of her cause of death be directly from those injuries, and not an accidental drowning or suicide attempt. Also documented that her death was NOT because BB or family "pulled the plug" and prevented her survival. Any Defense Attorney's dream defense.

I am in hopes that BB and his attorney has frozen any assets or money that may be in a joint account between BK and NG. NG should have to "man up" and start paying his own way in this world. Plus it being disgraceful to use BK's money to pay for his attorney.

The second tweet was just removed. It was what appeared to be a text message to BB saying something to the effect, man to man I love your daughter. Why won't you let me see her?

That is the second time I have seen it posted that NG has wished for BK to wake up to vindicate him. How selfish he seems. IMO

Recent reports were that they were in the process of breaking up. Reports were also that he was physically and emotionally abusive. If that is true, and she is in a coma, and NG won't tell why, how can a parent do anything other than keep him away?

Medical professionals can age date bruises. If her bruises were from the car accident rather than the day she was found in the tub, it will be obvious.
 
 
IMO NG's twitter rants are ridiculous and shows how mature he is.

I believe there has to be a reason he is suspected of hurting BKB.
And medical professionals can tell how old those marks on her face and NG's hands were at the time they saw them.

This picture linked above was taken no more than 8 HOURS before she was found in the tub.
I am sorry but "injuries" or "bruises" did not suddenly show up from a car accident 4 days before.
That just isn't how it works. Yes, they aren't always present immediately... but they don't show up 4 days later.

Whatever injured her it occurred AFTER MIDNIGHT the day she was found in the tub. :twocents:
They will be able to tell if it was before or after blood stopped circulating as well.
So they will be able to tell if the injuries occurred during CPR when she had no heartbeat.

There are very few things that we can be certain of in this case.
However this is one of them. :twocents:

Oh I'm not so sure I believe 90% of what is being reported either. The more I dig in to these families lives the more flabbergasted I become. But if NG is not saying anything to LE or BB about what happened, then he doesn't deserve to see her. He has a right to keep his mouth shut. But that right comes with consequences.

The only thing that makes me feel good about this family at all is that in the last 3-4 yrs it seems BB has been legitimately trying to put his life back in order. I was a big BB and NE fan in the early 90's, but lost a lot of respect for him over the years. He has been on his way to redeeming himself in my books. Hope this tragedy doesn't derail him.

I agree with this 100%! Medical staff are not stupid and know how to differentiate between fresh and old wounds, as does LE.
I believe that is the sole reason and (possibly finding drugs) that the criminal investigation began.
That as well as HOW she was found. There is research out there that suggests the difference in why a man would be face down in water and a woman face up.
LE don't just open investigations without a reason and obviously there was more than one reason to the trained and combined eyes. JMO

If you remember in the beginning it was just said there were bruises on her body. I bet they can tell which ones are from CPR and from before but I am not convinced that the bruising is not from the accident. We will see.

When someone dies or is near death at home. LE investigates.
