But I think people agree - he thinks he is smart!

It is going to be really interesting to see what kind of phone information they had on him, I think, because I bet they have coordinates of where he was through that night from his phone. It should be interesting to learn how much technology is available to Ontario police forces.

Thanks wasn't enough - there are SO many details in this case that have had so many wondering for too long. I'm looking forward to hearing those details finally, but bracing myself at the same time (for the awful ones).

Feb 1 2016 11:21 AM Goodman now talking about the schedule. We'll likely sit Monday to Thursday, with an "infrequent" Friday session. Will be sitting on Friday, Feb. 19 to make up for Family Day Monday though. Trial also breaks for March break.

Clearly this guy thinks he is 100% innocent and the truth will set him free. Even if that were true, this is NOT the way to act in a court room. It certainly isn't going to endear him to anyone and it will be hard for anyone, including the jury, to overlook completely.

I am sensing that the "looking over at Smich and looking him up and down" is his way of saying to him.."You have no idea what is coming buddy. You are being thrown under the bus like you couldn't imagine." MOO
