No. There is a match. It belongs to someone. Someone that was there if they left biological material mixed with her blood.

And who is it matched with? Oh, wait, the invisible intruder left it there. The one who was indicted along with the Ramseys, how could I forget???:banghead::banghead::banghead:

There is no evidence at all of such a thing. Wow. I am amazed at how far people reach in this case..

That speculation has been around almost from the beginning. It's not a new idea.

IIRC, the niece of JR who claimed to have been abused by JR and other men friends of his was discredited, though.

It's been a long time since I read about it.

That is personal feelings and not about this case.

AS far as this case, she did what she had to. I have no issue with arresting someone confessing to the crime and then running DNA on them to clear them.

Yes, I guess I am being overly-emotional again.

She did not do what she had to do. She could have checked out his whereabouts first. She could have gotten samples of his handwriting. She could have done any number of things before she went overseas and brought him back, but she didn't. Now, ask yourself why she didn't do any of these things first? Ask yourself why she was at Patsy Ramsey's funeral before this fiasco occurred.

Was this the intruder who boldly took JBR from her bedroom in a house where Patsy could hear everything, sexually assaulted her (and retroactively, too, just to frame John), and then killed her, leaving behind a ransom note that they did not have the forethought to write before dropping by, but rather used paper and pen of the Ramsey's and left the practice note in the garage.....*stop to breathe*.......AND then crawl out the basement window because they were so afraid of being heard?

Um. No. Just no. :banghead:

New or not it is speculation and has no foundation. It is just rumor and innuendo.

So is saying there was in "intruder". Even if you wave the TDNA flag again, how do you know the person to whom that DNA belonged was ever in that home, or if he/she WAS, that they INTRUDED?

You don't, unless you were there that night and witnessed the whole thing.

That is rumor and speculation and not founded in fact but in what you desperately want to believe. That is your best guess and not fact.

Because it is DNA mixed with JBR blood. That right there narrows it down. The touch DNA can be a little more movable in when it could have been deposited but it matches the DNA that was found mixed with JBR blood. That puts them there that night and with her right there. No other case would there even be a question about that.

Exactly....This would be just too funny, if it wasn't so tragic.

Oh, FrayedKnot, the ransom note wasn't in the garage, it was on the back stairs. We don't want to confuse anyone....LOL Even though the note could have been moved multiple times, we do have the image of JR reading the note in his underwear...LOL:blushing:

I thought there was a "practice" note found in the garage, and that the final draft note was on the stairs? You know because small foreign faction kidnapping child rapists/murderers are sticklers for penmanship and grammar.

LOL, I don't remember the "practice" note being found in the garage. But, then, I am getting old, so I probably don't remember everything like I should.

Yep, those foreign faction people are just so special. They love their grammar and penmanship...LOL:floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

ETA: And how could I forget that there were 24 out of 26 matches of the alphabet to Patsy Ramsey. Those foreign faction folks are just too good...

Again, how do we know that person was in the home? And that they were an uninvited "intruder"? Can they tell that from DNA?

JBR showed signs of chronic sexual abuse prior to the acute trauma done to her vaginal walls that night. The vaginal bleeding was watery and pinkish. So the blood could have been from some type of penetration earlier that day, either at home or at the White's. It does not prove that anyone broke into that home to kill JBR.

There is no proof anyone INTRUDED. None. At least not the Ramsey's home.

Someone certainly intruded on poor JBR's body. And had been doing so for quite some time. Which is likely why the poor child soiled herself regularly. :(

Found it! I'm getting old, too.......I remember first hearing this child's name like it was yesterday....and it's been 17 years! :(

It could be but it could also be true. The possibility is there. The probability is there with two sources of the same DNA. The point is that it is not a fantasy or a story it is real evidence that points to someone else being there. That is fact.

But saying it was not an overseas worker and that the DNA was from that night is an opinion, not fact. DNA like that can't be dated.

It can be degraded, though. I don't remember the degradation difference between the samples but that would be an interesting to know.

If the person was there for an extended amount of time, They could have written plenty of notes. My guess is the practice was to try and copy PR's handwriting.

True, but can you explain why Patsy changed her handwriting after the murder?

OK. That is your opinion. My opinion is that Alex Hunter, Mary Lacy, Trip DeMuth, Pete Hofstrom, and Bill Wise were a bunch of idiots who were outgunned in the very beginning by Team Ramsey.

:moo:

Bill Wise! I ran across that name today when I was looking into the Grand Jury results. One of the places I looked said he and several people on the Grand Jury were the ones to leak the information from '99.

This is not cited information, I saw this on a blog I think. But he reportedly said he agreed with Hunter's decision not to pursue the Ramseys. If so, I'm confused as to why he'd reveal the Grand Jury indictment.

I don't think she did.. Not in any drastic way.. I know I change my handwriting all the time. It certainly does not add up to murder.

We will agree to disagree. Because I think she did, and that is just my opinion.
