The key thing about Karr's writing is that the experts have said there are a high number of rare/unique markers. And at this time, the comparative work is just at the macro (eyeball) level. The micro level (microscope assessments) work has not yet been done.

It was reported that John Karr complained to officials when he was talking to them today that people thought he didn't know the layout of the Ramsey house. But he was there "all night" from 5 pm till they got home at 10 pm. He apparently was "blabbing" to officials as soon as he landed in the US.

Then Larry asked Charlie Brennan an email question from a viewer: Did Karr's brother ever work for the Ramseys, so that the two would have been at a Ramsey Xmas party? Charlie said the Rocky Mountain News is still working on that, but it is ludicrous based on what he knows about the guest list of the party; that it did not include any random employee of the Ramseys or his brother.
They are now interviewing Patience Van Zandt and Jamie Dolan, the lawyers Karr spoke to, and will interview a graphologist.

Candace DeLong(ex FBI) said she had from two sources that the $118,000 "wasn't even close" to the Ramsey bonus amount and was just one of the many mis-reportings and rumors which have surrounded this case for 10 years.

She went on with thoughts on Karr. That he's a "stone cold pedophile of pre- pubescent females"

Also says that if he's not the killer it's "something he thinks about"(killing) and IF he was seeking a sex change was he could have thought if he became a girl maybe he would no longer desire girls sexually.

TexMex, I heard the same report from Candace. In fact, she said JR's bonus was much larger, which makes a lot of sense.

Perhaps, if nothing else, this escapade will open up new insights to the potential of a predatory sadistic pedophile intruder being involved. I wouldn't want to be one of the LE guys researching chat rooms and conversing with people bent that way, but they are out there.

Very true. And I think if Karr proves out, then when future out-of-the-ordinary, high-profile cases develop, more than a few people are going to have a better appreciation for the possibility of a fruitcake scenario. Because it turned out that Elizabeth Smart was kidnapped by a fruitcake (Brian David Mitchell), and now it appears we might well have a fruitcake solution in this case too.

About the Christmas party and JMK saying he was talking to JB while she was sitting on the steps.

In one of the books (one of the many, forget which one) does anyone remember reading where one of the guests spotted JBR sitting on the steps and she was crying? When asked, what was the matter, I think JonBenet was to have told the guest, she was crying, because she wasn't Pretty!

Anyone remember this? I could have it mixed up lol

That statement made me laugh. Karr when asked "Are you innocent?",replied "no",for all the world to hear. But the Public Defender fears Karr wearing an orange jumpsuit,may taint a potential jury pool?

It seems pretty obvious that the murderer was very focused on Jon Benet, and probably had her in his sights for quite some time. He must have attended some of the pageants/performances she participated in beforehand. How would JMK have been at all aware of her. It just seems that it had to be someone involved in some type of pageant activity, or something close to it.

I heard her say that, but I have not seen anything in the media to support the claim. If it is true, it is sad, the kid should be aloud to start college in some sort of peace.

I'm not familiar with pagents Buzz....wondering if there are websites where pics of entrants/winners in different pagents would be available...where a freak like Karr could see them and try and locate anybody he especially liked?
