It seems pretty obvious that the murderer was very focused on Jon Benet, and probably had her in his sights for quite some time. He must have attended some of the pageants/performances she participated in beforehand. How would JMK have been at all aware of her. It just seems that it had to be someone involved in some type of pageant activity, or something close to it.

I don't remember where the pageants/performances took place. Were any of them in the south? I was assuming, they were all the CO area. I dunno--who knows?


Was JMK in a financial position to travel and follow JonBenet's little career? I thought I heard, they weren't very financially set. Young, a wife and a two little boys to care for, how could he be flitting around the country?

Attorney that is on Anderson Cooper says that he will most likely plead NG if charged. This is the atty that was with him today. She speaks very highly of him.

The only thing I can think of is if he followed the little-girl pageant circuit, since he is a creepy pedo who likes little girls...maybe he saw her. They do have pageant books you can get with all the little girls in them for certain circuits, b/c I saw one with JBR in it after she died. It was like horses in a horse show or something.

I don't know about them, but don't you think someone that is preoccupied with little girls would know all about them? The fact that he may have beeen familiar with her would be about the only part of this that would make sense to me.

I have heard Karr had given details (or boasts) to jail guards that he had gotten into the Ramsey house with ease, and had gotten in there around 5PM. He said the Ramsey's did not come home until 10PM. He also claimed to be inside the house the whole night.

Also was said today, that the FBI and the police new about Karr in 2001.

Well, then, it will go to trial if they can get enough evidence on him. We'll all be here obsessed for another year or two!!!

Pageants are generally local at that age an expand to county wide and state wide pageants in the teen yeers to Miss Teen etc. I believe Patsy's ultimate goal was for Jon Bonet to be Miss Colorado or Miss Georgia when she hit 18-20.

My daughter did some teen pageants for Scholarship money her Jr and SR year of High School

Did anyone catch what Mark Klaas said about John Ramsey and their family?

He claims the Ramsey’s hindered the investigation by not cooperating. He considers his daughter’s abduction the same as the Rams.

He also didn’t think Karr was credible and said no other pedophile left a ransom note.

If this is an intruder, which I think it was, Karr is nothing like Richard Alllen Davis.

At any rate I think Mark Klaas’s statements about the Rams is reprehensible.
